The emitter is amazing. The color disc's are OK, but like your site stated, they won't light up with the color as well as if you ordered the blade in a certain color. This is fine. I've got 2 lightsabers and I am happy with both. I'm even thinking about getting one for my brother.
Very slow customer service, although they were helpful when they did eventually respond. Still waiting on refund for shipping from when I had to ship my saber back for repair - it came to me with a broken soundboard. That being said, shipping time was quick and the lightsaber is awesome now that it works!
It took 2 months for them to respond to our emails and even longer for it to actually arrive. I got the battle ready fallen and after some duelling the panels became loose. Apart from that it's great

I ordered 2 grab bags for my children since they had been amazed with my original mystery box purchase. They arrived 3 weeks later and my kids went bananas. My son ended up with the green apprentice. And my daughter got a guardian blue Dominix. Very happy with the results. I will continue to buy mystery boxes in the hope of getting my own sound saber.
So like the moron I am, I immediately began testing the durability claims clashing full contact sabers. They did not disappoint they not only survived they didn't even waver. 10/10 worth every penny

I wanted to make a change to the order but no one replied so now u have a saber without flash on clash not happy
This company is terrible. I tried contacting multiple people and platforms. I needed to change my address but basically couldn't. It was delivered to a FedEx location but fedex wouldn't hold it and the saber will eventually be delivered back to your company. I paid for nothing. Contacted customer service for nothing. And still don't have a saber. I'm so disappointed

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
