Its a really good lightsaber i'm happy with what i got. Although the sound bored is a little loose you can fix that with cloth all in all its a good purchase. The blade is the right colour and everything is as it said it would be. No scratches or anything on the lightsaber when it arrived.
No response to emails, but that being said it was faster delivery than I was expecting and the saber is wonderful. So overall a very good experience.
Processing just took too long
Wish I would have boughten the audio with the lightsaber but it's a little more pricey than I would warrant it for. I don't wanna pay another $100 for some wooshy sounds.
Two main problems were the battery pack doesn't stay in place, and the wrench you gave me to take out the blade is too small and does nothing. I shouldn't have to buy the audio or other components to the lightsaber for everything inside to stay in place.
Having it rattle around while using it has caused the lightsaber to not turn on at times, forcing me to hit the bottom of the lightsaber until the battery or the wires go back into place.
If you're going to buy a lightsaber from here, buy them on sale. You're getting okay quality, but not the most bang for your buck
Been wanting a custom saber for 4 years. Happy I could get my first one from you guys but upon arrival I received a blade that was damaged. It was like dented in the middle. I sent a email to you guys but got no response. Some help would be appreciated. Other then that I love the saber :)

Loved the product I received but...
I ordered something else almost 12 weeks ago that still hadn't arrived. Customer service has not responded to my emails about it.
Great lightsabers, terrible customer service.
Called three times to see about the status of my order. Once I had no answer I decided to try and cancel it, but received no response on either email of phone. So I had the charges disputed from the bank. Suddenly TWO MONTHS after doing that I get notified that the order shipped and now I have to deal with the bank about the charges. I love the product alone and will pay for it to keep it. But now I have a $275 charge that came out of no where after I thought I canceled it. Terrible communication

Step by step building process left very little room for confusion - I received exactly what I expected when I place the order. The lightsaber is amazing... Great job!
Within 2 weeks the product failed. The saber shuts down, sound and light. Slow customer service to report and fix the issue. Sent it back for repair. The note from the tech said it was my fault and to leave the Velcro on the batteries. I did not access the batteries until after it had failed. And I very securely taped the batteries in.
Essentially, they changed the batteries (again) and put Velcro on the battery pack.
I turned on the lightsaber, hit the blade a couple times (light to medium impacts) and it shut down again.
It's been 6 days since receiving the hilt back and emailing them to let them know the issue wasn't fixed. The company has been unresponsive.

I got the mystery box. It's a nice saber is all I can say. I have to have at least 100 characters...
Shipping time was much faster than I expected. Quality of the saber is amazing, also better than expected. I have accidentally hit objects around my room at close to full force and the saber has only small scratches on the inside paper. Brightness of blade was much stronger than i expected as well. Overall the saber is great, and I recommend it highly.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
