Nice Saber and fast Delivery
I'm very happy with the product. I reached out to customer service twice. I did not receive an email response from either email I originated. I'm okay with it 2-month delivery time but that should have been addressed when I placed the order.
I purchased the saber on April 25th, and it was delivered on June 29th. It took a good while for it to arrive, but when it arrived i noticed that i had gotten a few upgrades on my saber. The saber quality is amazing and i will be purchasing a longer blade.
I ordered 2 lightsabers from this business and few items were not included in my order of delivery: I ordered 2 covertec clips and got only one in my order, I ordered screw wench and got none.
No customer service really long processing delays. I ordered it hoping it would come by my birthday only five days left. I am really disappointed in the customer service. I really wanted this light saber I am starting to think I am not going to get it at all. It said it was in stock when I bought it so I would expect it to be here by now. Its been over two weeks now amazon ships my packages faster my friend even bought one he still hasn't got it this is going to be my first purchase I got the dark apprentice v5 and yeah with everything I added on plus shipping it cost 203 dollars. It should be here by now. The chances of me buying from this place again are very low.

I ordered the Fulcrum saber from your site during your 'may the 4th' sale. Absolutely love it. I hope there is another sale soon because the Lost Gray is next on my list. Saber came on time despite the COVID 19 pandemic. Was a bit smudged and had some residue from the tape holding the bubble wrap on during shipping but it was easy enough to get clean. Everything operates as advertised! Great job with the informative description videos as well. Thank you all at Ultrasabers and may the force be with you!

Numerous times trying to contact these lot and eventually a Jake got back in touch to say he will look into it? After nearly two months I sent a email saying that I've been intouch with my credit card company and straight away I got a reply saying they will send another type of sabre which was cheaper than the original one I ordered and STILL no refund back on my card. I have NOW got a bill off Fedex for the shipment to which I already paid as you can see in the attachment. These guys are a total waste of space, time and effort. STAY WELL AWAY.

Everything was pretty good, nothing was perfect
My son couldn't be more happy with his saber
I made a Order and waited almost two months. When it finally arrived I was falling apart as soon as I took it out of the box. The screw holes were stripped out, the blade was loose, cosmetic pieces fell off, and the blade tip fell off. Never got to use it even once. I tried to contact ultra sabers but that's been over a month ago and they still haven't responded. Overall the sabers are usually great. This is my 4th saber and the other three are perfect. But the customer service aspect of the company needs a lot of work.

Use to be good but since they hit a massive order crisis they haven't been keeping up with emails or orders its been 2 months since i ordered my saber however due to covid they have manged to deliver they saber as soon as possible also to add the box looks like it has been miss treated and not handled with care.
The saber sounds good, looks good and over all I have no complaints.
I tried to cancel my order ASAP after placing it. Then about 10 different times via email and phone. No response. Order shipped over a month later anyway.
I requested an exchange for 1 bad saber I recieved with big marks and scratches and customer support negated that and said I would have to pay more to fix the issue
