A few pieces of yhe loght saber fell off right away and the proccessing time took forever other than that i loved my saber
With the Covid delay, the turnaround time took longer than I would have liked, but that is not the company's fault. Once the order was completed it shipped quickly and arrived in one piece. The hilt is heavy, and really good quality. Overall, I cant complain about much

Slow approval due to covid-19 but once everything was ready to go, the item shipped and was here in only a few days. The saber I received was awesome, very durable and excellent light and sound quality. Will definitely be ordering again.

The wait can sometimes be unbearable, when ordering a lightsaber you usually want it as soon as possible. With ultrasabers the wait is very unpredictable. Some of my friends got theirs in two weeks, or two months, I would like to see better delivery time and management such as shipment tracking and better delivery assurance, I understand we are in difficult times but the force is strong and a lightsaber is an extension of a jedis soul and is necessary for survival.
Pretty good experience. Shipping was a little slow but that was to be expected since it was may 5th so bunch of ppl were buying sabers at the time. I did receive it after about 2 1/2 weeks which still isnt bad.
I'm very excited to have my first Saber, the quality is very good and I highly recommend Ultrasabers.

One of my savers battery cage is lose, and another the wiring is a bit messed up. The light flashes on and off, if it even wants to turn on. Other than that, everything works and looks great. Service was great
