I received my order within a week and it was flawless and worked perfectly. Ultrasabers is one of the cheapest prices, Quickest delivery, and best quality you can get for custom made lightsabers. I've ordered 4 sabers and received 3 so far and they have been amazing.
Awesome. Lighter than expected. Easy to use for acrobatics and battle play. Real sound and lightning.
Orderee my saber. Put in multiple tickets to make a change to my saber and was willing to pay the extra money. Got zero responses by email or phone. Had the sabers a few months and still never herd from you. I also wanted to take advantage of a free blade plug that was going on around that time if you soent over a certain amount. I never recived it or a respose.
The product I received was absolutely amazing but the time it took to get to me versus the time I was told i would receive it was no where close to the date I did finally received it. I had placed my order on May 1st, 2020 and was told that there was a 3-4 week lead time so I waited. After 4 weeks I contacted Ultrasaber with no response for another 2 weeks telling me the exact same thing. I finally received my light saber on June 28th. Two days shy of being 8 weeks of waiting for my product when told it would only take a maximum of 4 weeks for me to receive it.
The lead time took 4-5 weeks which is to be expected because of the pandemic. But overall The product I ordered was amazing and they responded to my emails within a few days. Very pleased
A little pricey, but isnt everything? Took way too long to come in but i really love it! Not a super big star wars crazy person but i watch them time to time and the light saber exceeded my expectations
Love the saber, absolutely perfect but the two month wait was a little annoying but understandable with the May 4th sale and Covid

Ordered a fallen lightsaber in the middle of april but didn't get it until june, i was alright with that wait since it was at the height of the pandemic
Need to pick up the times. I just ordered a grabbag with sound sabre so no building required but took far too long to deliver. But the product itself is amazing. U.S always makes the best sabers.

The hardest part is choosing what Saber suits you best. Once you have, choosing your blade size, color, etc. Is relatively easy. The blade is lightweight and durable. Will order again soon.
The products this company manufacture are simply incredible. The wait was a bit timely but circumstances nationally were definitely no help and it's understandable for the production quality and the item needing to be built. I am so grateful for this company and will continue my collection through them.
Their customer service is terrible. It's equivalent to trying to get in contact with your ex wife. No responses at all. I like their sabers but I paid a lot of money so I want to know the status of my order. I ordered a saber 4 and a half weeks ago and i really just want a response from them. If their sabers weren't as cool and durable I would of rate this 1 star. You really let us star wars fans down you greedy pieces of %$#$#
It was great besides that the screw head to hold the blade broke off.
