The delivered lightsaber was of a high quality, and I felt it was a good value for the price. The only thing I would change was the delivery time, but it wasn't too bad.
It was fun to guess what color the Saber would be. Placed another order for a Mystery saber a month later and was surprised to see I got the same color. Guess I am a Sith. Great sabers and a lot of fun. Very impressed!
The product is excellent, the delivery times are long, but for a custom product and the world in the state that it is, a little bit of a wait was well worth getting a Saber.
Loved the mystery saber I got. Shipping was pretty fast too, even with the pandemic.

To whom it may concern,
Super stoked to build this with my 9 year old but when I got it the blade is slightly bent (you can see it in the picture the slight bend in the blade). I just received it today. How can I get this resolved?
Also would like to know if I could a 34' blade as a replacement as well. Thank you for all you guys do.

They messed up my order so I had to pay to ship it back for repairs
So after Receiving my item I am impressed with the build quality. It's well made, tough and very pretty. The diamond controller is as versatile as I'd hoped and the product is top notch.
Now to the bad. The customer service was really lacking. After ordering my very expensive product I received zero contact. After a month I contacted them (phone and email) and nothing. I basically sent an email saying if I didn't get some confirmation I'm reversing the charges. This got them to reply with a boiler plate email.
Wait another month and nothing. I email asking for the status and still nothing. I sent another email saying that it's been 2 months and I will want a full refund if I don't hear from them immediately and viola it shipped in a day. Like they'd been sitting on it or something.
I love what I got. But really horrible customer service.
I received the wrong blade tip. I have sent a couple of emails. One with picture of the tip. And nothing has happen.

I got my order and good thing it was correct but it took around a month and a half to get here. After 3 weeks I emailed them a lot asking where it was with no answer. A little over a month I tried to cancel 3 times with no response. Also after I ordered I found way cheaper options on where to get similar sabers like amazon and AliExpress cause I got one of the "cheaper" ones with sound. Also the battery already died and I've only had it for about 2 weeks maybe.
So far this experience has been amazing, can't wait to get my firs saber
I ordered a couple of light kits. I didn't order any soundboards as these are being used in stunt blades that are nothing more than decorations. I got the kits in around 2 1/2 weeks. I realize some people have longer waits. Ultra Sabers is a business, but they are a custom saber shop. That means they don't keep tons of things in shop. They build according to their orders. Yes, they may take a while, but if you compare them to other saber shops, their wait time is about average. The quality of the components I got are phenomenal. I have not had to request any changes to orders or anything, so I have not had the customer service experiences that some people have complained about, but once again, this is a custom order shop. Let that be what guides your expectations and you will be fine.
Love it and it's perfect. Can't wait to go out and buy another one. Looking forward to building my next one.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
