Overall the saber was good
Great quality lightsaber. The grip is very comfortable to hold and the lightsaber is well balanced.
Needed to revise order-called several times and emailed several times-no response until after saber was shipped.
Very quick delivery! Great saber for the affordable price. Very sturdy but the sounds are a bit delayed and it doesn't detect it perfectly but it's an affordable saber, nothing from Vader's vault. Very happy with the product!
Everything came in in a reasonable time, and the obsidian lite soundboard suited my needs for the saber I bought. Would recommend again, plan on ordering again after a while as a like to spread out purchases.

This is a copy of the email I have sent them 6 times with no response:
So immediately after placing my order #******* I realized I made an error. I did not include any form of sound packaging and ordered a soundless stunt saber. I immediately attempted to cancel the order but could find no such thing on your site to do this. I called the number provided and got a message saying the best/fastest way to contact you was thru email. SO I sent an email explaining this problem and got back a simulated reply saying you are behind on returning phone messages and emails and that you are actually 2-3 weeks behind on orders as well. The very next day I received another automated message saying the saber was not only already built but shipping. Less than 48 hours from order to ship. I got the saber today and it is definitely not what I want. Not only does it not have the sound (which I completed expected) but I just don't like the handle or the color of the blade. I would like to return this saber for a refund and reorder a different saber. Please contact me/respond to this email so we can begin this process. This is my second saber I have purchased from you. The 1st one was amazing from process to finish and I still have and use that saber. This second go has gone very poorly, I realize I am the one who made the error in ordering however I haven't heard one single reply from ANY of my inquiries. This is disheartening.

It was very hard getting a hold of customer service.
Customer Service responses were spotty at best. Though, the product I received for the price was well worth the wait. Would advise that customer service reps be a bit more responsive or even reachable via phone.

The delivery time was almost twice as long as advertised, however the product is amazing!

I have emailed ultrasabers 3-5 times regarding my order which was placed on May 1, and arrived on May 4. I immediately emailed them on May 4 regarding the strength of my blade, and requaestreer is that I send it back for another blade. It is almost July and I still have not received an email back from anybody regarding my order at all. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. A buddy of mine got an email back fairly quickly. But I have received nothing.
Overall would recommend UltraSabers to anyone looking to buy. Customer service helped in any way they could. Personally had to wait a bit longer due to the pandemic. But patience is a virtue. Worth the money and the wait.
I had a few people tell me to be cautious, as they have not had as good of an experience as others. But I was beyond words excited from the moment I opened my package. I have barely been able to contain my pure joy at the level of craftsmanship and work that was put into it
Fast and effective delivery
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
