I got a blind box saber and honestly I wish you were able to pick the color but I was really impressed with the saber I got and it arrived 7 days early so overall I'm happy
This is my 4th ultrasaber! So, obviously that speaks for itself. Excellent customer service, high quality products and some bragging rights to show friends my awesome Sabers. Very happy with them. Tho my cats and wife jump every time I turn on the blade!
The saber arrived in a timely manner but the hilt was scuffed up
Products are nice, but customer service is not really good at all. Also lead times are not accurate on the site, so beware as my order took about 2 months before I received it. The blade was slightly warped on my order also so I wouldn't recommend ultrasabers.
Faster shipping than I expected and a very high quality product
While I'm happy to have my saber when it came one the blades were already loose and one was bent a little which was very upsetting. Also the quality of saber, Ultrasabers claim to be the best and battle ready but after one hit you're lucky if your saber still works.

My lightsaber came within the time I had read about online but overall my lightsaber is great and is well made. The only bad thing is customer service, I messaged them multiple times with no reply but overall very happy with my Saber!
The sabers I received are amazing and great quality and durable. Shipping just took a bit longer but thats probably due to the state we are in right now.
Excellent quality, surprisingly well balanced. This is my second saber I bought from them, and if I purchase another, I'll go through them. The color of the sabers (I got a red and blue dual-bladed stunt saber) is fantastic.
It had good timing and the sabers are great. Delivered in at least three weeks like the said it would.
I made my first order with ultrasabers 3 months ago and, a friend also used my account to buy one of her own as well. She got hers shortly after their shipping time-frame, and although it had minor detail issues, it was an incredible piece. My order however, took 3 months to ship, which was 2 months longer than what we were told it would be. After 2 months of trying to contact them, I still had no response until the shipping confirmation. The sabers are stunning and very well made. With every good thing about them, there was one thing that was not as good. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I easily sent over 15 emails in a 2 month span asking why it was taking so long, and called several times just so that I knew why I was waiting so much longer than anyone else I knew who bought from them. I did not get any response from them and couldn't leave any voicemails regarding my order. If you want a great looking saver that you can easily battle with, these are amazing, just know if you want to change something or cancel after you hit order, you'll have little to no luck.
I was immensely impressed with the speed of manufacture and delivery, it took only 6 days after ordering to receive my product and was more than satisfied with it.
I worte them 5 times called 2 times leaving a messages. They have no intention of fixing any order and will charge you a outrageous fee. Or they will claim your order is already out so they dont have to fix your order. It's not worth the cash. There sabers look like dildos

I purchased my saber on May 1,2020, when I reached out to customer support the first time I got an automated response then I tried again one week later and did not get a response for a month
Delivery times were a little different due to COVID but I still received my saber in a timely manner. I've been enjoying it since I opened the box!
