Got here way faster than expected! Love the feel of the saber and the sound and light quality is amazing
The saber came in and I loved it, the only issue I had was the super long processing time of roughly 2 months. But other than that the saber was great.
It took more than a month to receive the lightsaber

Absolutely fantastic products, have placed 2 orders since my first. Sturdy and shipped very fast once the order was completed. About a month and a half turn around time. Reached out to customer service to change the led colors before the order was shipped and got a canned reply and nothing epse but since they are so busy I get it. All in all, 4 out of 5 stars and will definitely keep returning for my saber needs.
The last saber I ordered took a whole month to come in. It was in great condition but my issue was the customer service. I sent multiple emails and called several times only to have no reply from the company. I'm going to order more sabers in the future but if I experience this issue again I don't think I'll be coming back.
Ordered 2 light sabers for my husband and 5 year old son... the excitement on both their faces when the box came was priceless. Best purchase ever! Not a toy -- and loud -- volume would be good but it's all part of the fun!

I love Ultrasabers! But they dropped the ball on this order! I ordered and paid for a Module Led: guardian blue with red Flash on clash and I received a Modular Led!? Wrong casing for my Lost Gray hilt. I just got it last week been so busy didn't contact Customer service yet.
My lightsaber arrived within 2 weeks of me ordering it, but it had some problems and I had to send it back to get it repaired. The costumer service was fine, but they didn't pay for the shipping on my broken saber until they had 'confirmed that there was a problem'. Then I had to specifically ask for a refund on the shipping. The lightsaber works now and it looks and sounds awesome.

I purchased a mystery saber with sound because I couldn't make up my mind at first. It wasn't long afterward that I learned more about ultrasabers, and found a saber with options that I TRULY wanted- which would have been a $400 order. I emailed a request to change my order, but received no response.
By the time I did hear from them (which was a month after my original order), I had lost faith in Ultrasabers' ability to manage the order change. I just kept the order for a mystery saber, and wished to be done with the whole thing.
I did receive a good saber that was greater value than the $200 I paid, but in the end, it wasn't what I wanted. If they would have responded to me in a timely fashion, they would have been $200 richer, and I would have been a lot happier with what I received.
Pretty simple to navigate and quality items.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
