After a lengthy 2 month wait due to lockdowns, backlog and stock issues I finally recieved my order.
It came as ordered, despite being offered a replacement hilt to speed up fabrication, the replacement would have been acceptable IF it never took so long for customer service to respond.

The product however was phenomenal, very well crafted, and the blade despite being of the ultra heavy grade lights up amazingly, I train in sword combat and this was purposely set up long but the balance seems to be spot on and a fair point heavy isn't just the grade, the blade adds sufficient weight to the saber so if you are looking to use these to actually spar but aren't used to a heavy weapon keep that in mind

Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from Ultrasabers again for several reasons. First, they did not hold to the lead time advertised on their site. This could be explained away by the busy season and Covid-19, but improved communication to customers about delays were not forthcoming. Second, the saber I received had a bowed blade. Third, the battery pack within the hilt was taped together with the circuitry, meaning that I will have to untape the electronics around the batteries just to replace them, which was not advertised as the case on their website. With that said, the hilt itself is of decent quality, and the light in the blade from the led is impressively bright.

So I have some mixed feelings about Ultrasabers now. Shopping and ordering was super easy, I placed my order on the 3rd of May (as did my son) I expected delays due to everything going on and was told 3 to 4 weeks for processing (son received his in 2). After 2 months of no response to any emails (5 sent) I finally got a response. I was told 2 days, 2 days later it was shipped. Great! 3 days later they were at my door. I ordered 4 grab bags and one mystery box, all with heavy grade blades. For the most part I am happy with my sabers but annoyed at the same time. I got 5 sabers 3 of them ended up being the exact same hilt. And 4 of the 5 blades were light grade which are useless to me. I've emailed them about this but surprise surprise no response.
I would love to give them 5 stars because I do love their products but customer service is key in any business and theirs is clearly lacking. Communicate with your customers.

The sabers are the finest I've ever seen. Such great quality. Just wish customer service was better. I tried emailing them a few times and I never got a response. They just emailed me asking me if I my order that I placed on May 3rd had been delivered. It was delivered on the 24th of May, and it's now July 2nd. I placed another order on the 27th of May, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Again, great sabers, just the wait time and lack of customer service brings it down a star for me.
