I love my ultrasabre
I love my saber. It'll be great for my cosplays! If the color is changing a bit (Ex: A yellow lightsaber is turning orange) you need to change the batteries. I would recommend getting rechargeable batteries and a battery charger to avoid wasting batteries since, after a lot of use in one day, the saber starts to die. Overall, I love it and I would recommend buying a saber from here.
Great saber absolutely love it
Heard a lot about shipping delays with Ultrasabers but I'm happy to report I received my order in 2 1/2 weeks. Granted it was a mystery box, but still happy it took less time arrive than anticipated. Product is great as well, no scuffs or scratches. Very sleek and well designed (I got the standard issue battle saber v3 stunt saber in consular green) and no issues with electronics!

In love the sabers I received! They are very bright and have a nice weight, the only flaws where the sharp edges on the hilt but that was easily wrapped up. Thank you very much, will definitly buy from you guys again!

Communication was awful. Promised to send tracking info month after month and didn't happen in a timely fashion.
Had to drive an hour to pick up product to pay extra duties and taxes.
Will never use this company again.

The lightsaber I was sent broke within a month, and I am very disappointed. When I reached out for help (four times), I never got a response. I wish they had better customer service. I requested a refund on my saber.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
