I understand and appreciate the effort given the sate of things, but would not recommend this product to anyone. Ordered on May 4th under the premise that my Saber would be completed and shipped inside a week. 3 weeks later I emailed customer service to inquire. It took a couple of days for a response that seemed like a copy/paste response about shipping windows being pushed to 4 weeks. July 2nd, 2 months after my order was placed, I received my saber. The blade has a curve to it and the sounds do not seem to trigger properly. Extremely disappointed in a 300$ + purchase.
If anyone expects a mail order business to be Johnny on the spot right now, you need to adjust your expectations. Even Amazon is having problems making deliveries and Home Depot took my money in March, then 3 days before the scheduled and confirmed delivery date pushed it to September (!). I don't think either had the personnel issues Ultrasabers has had.
They're a small business, struggling and trying to keep the lights on like everyone else. Support them or they'll disappear.
Worst customer experience I have ever had. Originally estimated 1-3 days delivery. After three days I hear nothing so I send an email following up. No response. 23 days later I send another email asking about the order, and am quoted 4 total weeks. I wait for 6 total. I email them back. I get a canned response saying they "looked into it" and it didn't ship, but to give them some time to look into why. After two days I email them back asking what they have discovered. They are not some large conglomerate, it shouldn't be difficult to find one order if they have any database whatsoever. No response. Wait a week and email again. No response. I ask to Cancel the order. No response. I then issue a challenge to the purchase with my bank. After six days I get an email saying my hilt is "suddenly out of stock" and will need another 6 weeks. This company is atrocious. If they had been expecting ten weeks and quoted ten weeks it would have been fine, but this was absurd.
It arrived a couple months after I ordered it, but my saber ended up arriving the day before my birthday. What a nice unintentional birthday gift to myself! I love everything about it and it's even better and brighter than I expected. Highly recommend this company!
This lightsaber was of the best quality money can buy. The handle feels solid and sturdy, and the blade sits easily inside. The color was brilliant and bright. I'll definitely be buying more!
Took me over a month to receive my lightsaber didn't get much reply from customer service overall wasn't too happy with the whole experience
I ordered the $75 mystery saber and recieved a great saber and even got a green blade! No sound, but quite the beauty!

I am so, so happy with the Grab Bag sabers I have gotten. Both were absolutely stunning and came exactly as I had ordered. Site is easy to use and I appreciated the email updates. Really a dream come true.
Order ready 4/29, took almost 1 month USPS to come from Tx to Tn. Packaging was damaged in several places and there was mildew in box. Luckily the saber was not damaged!

Horrible experience it's my second time Ordering a light saber and it took over three months to come I ordered April 25 an received it July 3 i reached out to customer service multiple times and no reply until 3 weeks before I finally got my saber and the worst part of it all when I finally got my saber it was damaged and it definitely seems like the product was rushed and made port and cheaply
Took waaaay longer than they said it would on the site (processing time + covid social distancing delays were estimated to be 3-4 weeks by them. My order took 8 weeks) Never answered my e-mails. I thought I was getting scammed but it actually got here.

My son was very excited when we ordered the Ultrasaber. The options available were numerous & it was fun creating it & placing the order. After we had received the saber, my son noticed that the saber had a slight curve in it & was not straight as we thought it would be. The lights & sound worked fine but the saber had a curve to it. Most likely due to mishandling during the shipping process. Needless to say, my son is disappointed as it was quite costly. I emailed customer service & have yet to receive any response. This is reflected in my review scores. It's a quality product & built well & my review would have been 5 stars all the way across had it not been damaged & we received a response to our inquiry. If this can be taken care of, I'd be happy to adjust my review ratings. Thanks!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
