Order was delayed and I was not notified until I contacted customer service. Super slow customer service, I had to make multiple contact attempts before anyone responded. And the resolution is had had to order an upgraded part in order to have the product delivered. They should be proactive in letting customers know if their order is delayed (especially if it's going to be significantly delayed), and shouldn't charge customers until order is shipped. They were going to charge me a restocking fee if I chose to cancel, even though nothing was shipped!

I ordered 3 grab bag savers and 1 initiate stunt saber. The grab bags aren't perfect but they aren't supposed to be and at that price I'm perfectly fine with that. The heavy blades are durable and my kids and I duel with no issues. My little guy with the initiate hilt / medium grade blade is perfect given he's 3. I actually like the appearance of the medium blade better and it's more full and will probably go with that type when it's time to spend big bucks on a non dueling saber. I ordered at a busy time (may 4th) and received them less than 30 days later. Awesome!

I absolutely love my dual blades saber. Craftsmanship is phenomenal, I have dropped my sabers pretty hard once or twice and they hold up perfectly. I did not opt in for sound, however, the saber I purchased for my girlfriend does and she is most satisfied with her saber as well. I will continue to buy from Ultrasabers.
The saber i build/bought is awesome and ultra nice! The "Build your own Saber" tool in the Homepage is superb and easy to use, and my saber came exactly how i wanted it to be. Very nice and secure packaging and a toataly good feeling to finaly hold it in my hands.

I really enjoy the detail and crafting of the light saber I made/customized on the website. It feels great, is sturdy, and I'm able to use it with costumes or videos I've been wanting to make.
Saber was wrong color, did not come with the wheel to attach to the belt clip, Did not include the blade plug... and it took about 7-8 weeks to ship. It was my first and definitely my last saber I will ever buy from this company
