COVID notwithstanding delivery & communication very poor
First saber came in a relatively short 2-3 weeks.
Second saber order has bee. Over a month and hasn't even finished processing yet.
The product that arrived was defective. I contacted Ultra Sabers' customer service department for assistance, but they are very slow to respond.
The products I ordered are great! So much fun to have, the only issue was how long it took to actually ship (usually it's much quicker) but with all that's going on, it's understandable
The fallen saber is excellent, however it took double the six weeks delivery estimated.
I love the quality of the sabers they have but i just wish the delivery time wasn't as long. (over a month)
I called many times and never had anyone answer the phone as well as emailed multiple times and did not receive a reply. I love the saber I finally received but did not like that it took almost 2 months for it to be shipped to me.
Took 9 weeks to get to me...
I ordered a saber 6 months ago, this was my 3rd saber. I'd had great experiences up until this point. I receive the saber a while later and was extremely dissatisfied. I followed all of the return rules and kept the saber in its box in perfect condition for months. I emailed the day I got the saber and got an automated response that said they were behind on emails, but that they would email me back for the return ASAP. About a month later I emailed them again. It's been a total of over 6 months now and I've emailed them and called them every month since with nothing but auto-responses. Today I took it out of the box to look at it and tried to turn it on. I replaced the batteries with 100% new ones and turned it on. The light turned on, but there was no sound. Not only have they ignored me for half of a year. The product also is defective. I'm extremely disappointed because this was once a site I trusted for my saber needs, but not anymore. I lost hundreds of dollars on a useless piece of metal in a cardboard box.

Recieved my grab bag 3 weeks later. Was very happy with my dark battle saber V3 its really cool.
You NEVER answer your phone, even before Covid. Your quality control is hit and miss. I've received sabers that were perfect and others with chips and scratches. Then I have to pay to return it, in hopes that the next one isn't damaged too.

I purchased a saber and sent it to a friend as a gift. My friend had received it 15 days after I ordered it, and my friend loves his saber.
Normally, this review would have been all 5 stars, were it not for the fact that I'd ordered a saber for myself 2 days before ordering this one, which took 6 weeks, and I could not reach anyone in customer service with concerns I had. Just know that there are times when Ultrasabers knocks it out of the park, and you receive your order well before it's expected lead time.
Very happy with the product, this was my third order from Ultrasabers. My complaint is really about the inconsistency in delivery times and lack of communication regarding that.
Ive found that most customers are fairly understanding especially when they are communicated with proactively. My first order shipped within a couple days of my order, my second and third took between 4 and 8 weeks. All products were listed on the website as available. On the second order I emailed for an update, but didn't get a response for many days. It was explained to me that they had been having email problems which I can understand, but had I received an order update I would not have needed to email.
My recommendation would be to alter your processes so that there are regular updates sent to customers on outstanding orders with specific data. If you are waiting on a part that is on back order, that's fine just explain that with an expected date of follow up.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
