It did take a long time for my saber to be shipped to me, but that was because I ordered during a peak time. Aside from that, once I got my order, I was very pleased with what I received.

Very good but I have tried to contact before on an unrelated matter and no response ever came. It's resolved now but not quite impressed.
I sent two separate emails about changing or canceling my order and never received a response. The product in my order arrived a few weeks later and the quality was fine but I was not pleased with it because it was not what I wanted to order.
I really like my saber it's awesome
Nothing major, but i had ordered the Allen wrench with it and didn't receive it. I sent in a message that I didn't receive it, but never got it or even received a reply. That is why the customer service got a low score. The product is very durable as my son and I duel with them. The extra money on the rechargeable batteries and pack is not worth it. My son's holds a charge better with regular batteries, while the rechargeable ones wear out if left in the sabers for a few days like it's draining them.
The process was very smooth and I had no issues. Even with the pandemic, there wasn't any problems
The saber itself is nice, good weight and feel, the blade is not straight though, it has a very slight curve to it towards the tip. The order was delayed heavily due to all the pandemic stuff going on. Though Ultrasabers themselves only seemed to deal with my order after we wanted to cancel and refund. Had a nearly 3 month wait, 2/3 of that time the product was not even shipped. I cant say i really enjoyed the process of buying the saber. Also looking at the stand parts more the 'paper' material has writing on it, i assume this material is what covers and protects the plastic before it is cut and used, though i guess they forgot to remove it, looking at it more i will be able to remove the material, but it feels like this order had little care put into it.
These were my son's 14th birthday wish and since we were on lockdown I felt they're the least I could do to make it a happy celebration! UPDATE: One saber's battery has died less than 3 months later and very little use. FYI - buy the rechargeable!
Easy to use website with great customization to all sabers. Product came very quickly and in very nice shipping too, packed well.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
