The saber itself is pretty nice. The fact that I have to buy an entirely different piece to make the clip work is stupid and ridiculous in my opinion. That being said I'm very likely to buy another one.

My order took a month and half to finally ship, but upon receiving my sabers one blade was bent and the second blade broke within 5 minutes of light to medium use, being ultra heavygrade sabers. I am very disappointed

This order came within 3 weeks and was even higher quality than I expected.
I bought the lightsaber on may the 4 and because of lockdown it took longer then normal but when it was shipped it took half as long as expected taking only 4 days. When the product arrived it was great, but the only problem I have with it is that living in the uk or any place outside America it becomes a lot more expensive to buy one it said free shipping but i had to pay an extra £40 on top of the price of the lightsaber.
The experience was fair. However, I felt like there was a bait and switch in your advertising. The ads I followed to your webpage showed one saber for a certain price, only to find that was the price for a basic hilt as opposed to full saber. The quality of your product is outstanding, I feel like I got what I paid for. I just wish you were more up front on your cost. The sticker shock would be easier to deal with.
The saber was delivered in 3 weeks and was exactly what I wanted to get. The batteries that came with the saber were a bit low in power when it arrived, but I just put new ones in and it was bright and the right color. Fantastic overall.
I placed my order on May 5. I's now July 4, and I still haven't received it; or even got any emails concerning my order.
I love Star and this has been a great product the only thing is there is a wait but with understanding that we are in a pandemic I can get over it
I ordered colored discs for my blade, but received many duplicates and was missing many colors. I emailed the company but never got a reply after waiting weeks.
I originally received the wrong blade length, but that was rectified. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received, and the Mystery Box I ordered.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
