Did not come with the ordered covertek clip however all other aspects were good today k a long time to ship but it got to me.
My experience was nice and short. I received my whole order quite quickly which was nice. Unfortunately my friends who ordered sabers before me still have not received their sabers or even word about their orders which is a little frustrating in the long run
It was great. Saber came in perfect condition and was well packaged. The saber itself is of great quality and I absolutely love it.
Was attempting to cancel order (do to certain circumstances but didn't hear back in time). There was an unexpected additional cost from FedEx shipping. Delays on shipment and delivery due to COVID pandemic are understood but unfortunate.
I was surprised with the delay time for delivery due to high volume and COVID-19 difficulties. Product was in great condition and I received both sabers I ordered sooner than anticipated with everything happening at the moment.

The lightsabers are really good quality
Everything went smoothly, great product.
We have ordered 2 lightsabers over the last 6 mos. Both took over 6 wks. To be delivered. We were never given an update & it took 2 emails both times before getting a response about why the delivery was delayed. Once we finally got someone to respond to us, they were sent quickly. We also had a quick response to a repair issue.
I contacted Ultrasabers because I was given the older version of the Obsidian sound bird when I purchased the newer v4. Also did not receive the blade plug I ordered. Have not gotten a response so far (July 3rd 2020)
Took over a month to ship (however it was during covid, so understandable). Extremely satisfied with my lightsaber and would purchase from here again :)
My order was processing beyond the date the website said I would've received it. When I contacted customer service it seemed as if that call is what got my order filled.
It is a fine product and worth the wait, but the ordering process and order fulfillment could use some help.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
