First time buyer and after getting past the hundreds of options I love my sabers weight and feel
I am very happy with my lightsaber and with the experience I had shopping with Ultrasabers!
The Lithium Ion batteries I received with my Scorpion hilt saber do not hold a charge longer then thirty minutes. The orders I placed on May 6,2020 arrived within a week and a half of ordering and other then the batteries, i have no issues with any of the four sabers.
However, the two sabers i ordered on May 7,2020 I still have not received and it is now almost two months exactly since I ordered.
I am a huge Star Wars fan and I was super interested in Ultrasabers because of their combat ready sabers (which you can hit stuff pretty hard with). The only not so good thing is if you order a custom lightsaber like me, it will probably take just over a month to actually get. Otherwise it's a great product and I would highly recommend to any Star Wars fan.
Order was late. They waited until I was over the 4 week period to tell me that the customizations I had chosen were out of stock.
Overall extremely satisfied with my product. Couldn't be any more happier.

Ultrasabers forgot parts of my order, two Knurled screws, one Black and one Red. I sent a request for a refund and it took about a month for any response, and three weeks for the partial refund to even arrive. And over a week and a half they said the refund would arrive when they gave me an expected timeframe. I payed about $20 for those screws and only got $16 back. I did use a coupon code on the order, but from the way I see it, I still spent $20 on those screws. In my experience, I dealt with poor customer service, poor delivery, poor product quality and zero quality control.
Have purchased several ultrasabers. Have been satisfied with purchasing and delivery times. There are some issues with wiring on some models but I feel that's an unusual experience, hopefully.
The saber came in great condition from the post, and was exactly to my tailored liking! The customization was really easy to do, and holding the saber feels great. Its not too heavy, and with the heavy duty blade I got, I can see myself using it for skits and such as well! Sound is loud and authentic too! I got my saber 2 months+ after ordering it which was typical it seems for friends and other reviewers-- BE PATIENT! Its worth it :)
Craftsmanship is excellent. Sound features are well done and add to the overall alignment with the films. Friends were impressed too - I encouraged them to look at the Ultra Saber website. I now have two sabers which will be the center pieces of the floating entertainment center I'm building. Need to find a way to remotely activate the sabers - it would be impressive. It would also be interesting for the sabers to activate and deactivate the blade with a graduated light effect - as in the films. This is NOT any form of criticism, again I'm impressed with everything - it is merely a suggestion for consideration. Cheers!
I placed my order on the 6th of may a whole month went by without hearing a single thing I sent them an email asking when I should expect the saber no response not a single thing ended up getting a refund I would not recommend them at the moment due to the pandemic and what is going on in the USA but when things clear up I might try them again
My first two orders arrived within eight days after ordering on May 6th. The only issues I have with what I ordered are the lithium ion batteries don't stay charged over thirty minutes. The order I placed the next day on May 7th, I am still waiting on to even say it delivered, I might buy another one, just to test the wait time. But I doubt I will order anytime soon, if ever again.

Just customer service needs some help with, like if what was ordered is going to take longer than the posted lead times just reach out to the customer give them a heads up on what's happening. Instead of leaving informing the customer in the wind.
It took longer to get then expected, with covid tho I can be understanding of this however when I got it the screw that holds the blade in was to short for the task, ended up making a new one to hold the blade but i guess you get what you pay for
Ultrasabers are the best lightsabers out there. I got the adegan silver with color discs and was happy with it. The color discs work great, although the actual colored lightsaber would be brighter. I had no issues with my and would recommend ultrasabers.
Saber is very nice. Mama's love pizza and they want some cheese but now you want some waffles in the monkey tease you say you got some food in cups
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
