I love this product. It was great quality 1000 times better than other sites I've ordered from. My only problem with ultra sabers is how long it took to get it in but that might be because of COVID-19 and I ordered a pointed tip on my saber and it said that it would take longer to get it in because they had to custom make it, but they gave me an original estimated date of delivery and when that changed they sent me an email letting me know that it was changed. When the package came in it was great the saber was not damaged at all and it is great that they include batteries so I did not have to go buy any. I just placed m 2nd order from them for a saber about the same as my first so lets see if they can impress me a 2nd time and if so I will definitely order a 3rd.
I ordered mt Light saber for my Daughter on May 7... I realize the May 4th rush was huge after the Mandelorian came out. My first order somehow didn't include the shipping cost so I had to by 18 buck worth of credits to pay for shipping. The second order in June, I wanted a Violet Amethyst colored blade and put it into my configuration. When I placed the order I noticed the blade was still the standard red. I contacted customer service who helped initially, but later they dropped off the planet. A month later I got it straightened out (i think) and i'm waiting to see what they send.
First time ordering from ultrasabers. I was very satisfied with the product. I ordered a phantom V4 double bladed saber in the stunt configuration and it came out great. Only bad thing I'd have to say is that one of the blades was slightly curved. I would also say that ultra sabers should invest in adding a chassis or a case to better protect the batteries.
In terms of customer service I received nothing, never got the email that it was shipped but I was able to track it through usps. So I never emailed them as I wasn't to worried. I received the saber almost a month later which wasn't really a problem for me. I figured they were tight and busy due to a jump in sales and the pandemic.
I ordered it on may 7th and got it july 6th sent several emails on 2 were answered and only once by an actual person
Ultrasabers is great. The sabers are nice and the customer service is pretty good too. I've ordered five already and can't wait til they come out with new ones.
Shipping is decent since I live in Texas. The blades are decent quality. However, the customer service is non-existent. I was sent the wrong size blade. I put in a request on May 30th (it's now July 5). I haven't even been acknowledged yet.
You better hope you don't have any issues or you'll just have to live with it.
Love the saber! Great quality and super fun to use. Strong enough for dueling if you get the harder blade. Delivery time was a little over a month long, but with covid and shipping to Canada it was as good as can be expected.
Would highly recommend to anyone interested in a saber. I will be buying another one!
This order specifically I got everything and it was good. However they forgot my quick release coupler I ordered and on my most recent order they messed up the color and hilt of the lightsaber I ordered. I emailed them about this almost a month ago with no reply still

I love my Ultrasaber - the hilt is beautiful and well made. I understand there was a slowdown in manufacturing/delivery due to the pandemic and my product was totally worth the wait.
I sent in a few emails about my order and didn't receive a response, I honestly wasn't expecting to get the lightsaber about the second month into shipping, but luckily I received it. Great quality lightsaber, mediocre customer service.

Took alot longer than I thought to receive my order, but I am happy with the product so far. I didn't get exactly what I ordered but I was informed of the situation and was given a choice. The product seems to be made from quality materials and well assembled.
The product is amazing and I'm so glad I ordered from this company. The wait time I thought was quite long, but I understand with all of this going on in the world it might take longer than expected.
1 day after receiving two sabers, one of the sabers malfunctioned. Every time the "on" button was pushed the speaker would spout "You're an Idiot." Unfortunately, this saber was for my 9-year old son who loves star wars and was pretty confused when he heard it. I had a talk with him and explained these things happen. I've reached out to Ultrasabers. I am unsure whether it was on the fault of Ultrasabers or a 3rd party vendor they source their parts from. Either way, this was intentional programming issue and not a hardware malfunction.
The 2nd light saber is working and my 12 year old is very happy. Very good quality and very impressive. Also, considering the Covid-19 scare we are under, the order process has been pretty accommodating and friendly.
As for the customer service on refunds, I am awaiting a response. It has been three days since I emailed them about this problem. If this survey allows me to update, I will do so once I hear back from ultrasabers.
Their product is affordable(i. E. I got two lightsabers for 150 bucks) and really high quality! Super amazing business, but I did have an issue with my order. They shipped me the right lightsabers(they are awesome), but they gave me blade lengths that were 4" shorter than they were supposed to be, and they left out two items(a wrench and a standard coupler that would have allowed me to have a dual-blade lightsaber). I think this was just a fluke/accident, but I love their products and hope to get my additional pieces soon(their customer service has been decent too).
My delivery took 2 months to arrived when an Amazon delivery takes a few days to a week. Other than that I am satisfied
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
