Pretty great, top quality and didn't take to long to get to me.
Horrible Customer service, decent products
I made an order and it took 2 months for it to even be shipped.
Slow shipping but nice product
The saber was good itself, I understand the current pandemic has halted deliveries across the world, but I did not expect nearly two months wait time. I emailed the site to see if there's be an update, to no avail.
However, the product itself works fine.
It took a while to get here, but that is understandable with everything going on with COVID. The product is amazing! Well worth the wait!

The saber is absolutely amazing, but it took almost 2 months to get! Customer service gave me a generic response that said all orders have a 3-4 week lead time but that's what I was told when 5 weeks went by and my saber was still in processing.
All in all if you have time to spare or dont need the saber right away then it's not an issue but due to covid 19 do not expect a quick turn around.

My Light Sabre is extremely well made, looks & performs well beyond expectations. I can now join the fight to destroy the Empire until final victory is achieved using my Light Sabre & with some help from the "Force".
Wrong item sent. Contacted customer service almost 2 months ago and have yet to receive a response.
Overall a great experience, quick delivery time, great looking product, but unfortunately it has now been returned due to an electronics issue. The customer service provided in relation to this issue was top-notch though, thanks again Aria Skye for making things as easy as possible. Just hope the saber actually makes it to you as it seems to have been stuck in limbo due to Royal Mail/USPS issues for a month.

I've order an ultrasaber back in February that never arrived so I emailed both parties (ultrasaber and fedex) and never got an answer from either of them. I decided to order another ultrasaber because I desperately wanted a saber, lucky it arrived and I was pretty satisfied with my that order, But I still have a missing saber and I want to know if I could get a refund for it. I emailed again about it still no response...

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
