I ordered the saber and had to wait a long time to get it. The reason for the delay was that they ran out of the sabers that I wanted (dominiside) and after numerous emails 1 very helpful customer service rep told me what happened and I switched sabers into the crimson and got the saber a few days after. 1 of the teeth from my pomel fell off and 1 of my blades where wrong but after a quick email I got sent a replacement. Also if you are form the uk there is a import tax and I was surprised when I had to pay £96.82 on top of the £460 that I paid for the saber. Overall the ride was bumpy but I got the saber of my dreams and I love it. Will be ordering another saber in the future.
Great quality, slow shipping
I absolutely love my saber! My friends approve of it as well. Of course I wish I could have received the product sooner but I also understand it takes time. THANK YOU! I will be back to buy another!
The lightsaber I received was amazing quality. Durable, a bright even light through the blade, and a crisp even light. But there is no communication throughout the processing and shipping. I have tried emailing Ultra Sabers twice regarding this shipment but never got a response. The expected delivery was about a month and I received it in about a month and a half.
It was ok just a little slow but I think that is because of Covid-19
The saber I got is beautiful, it looks exactly how I imagined. My only complaint is that it took well over a month to be delivered and when I contacted customer service I never heard back. It would also be nice if the sabers came with instructions on how to take it apart and replace batteries m.
The website is easy to shop from. The products are well priced and there are always great sales.

My only issue was how long it took for the product to be made but with Covid and everything else it is understandable that it took longer then I had expected.
Also I am very happy with the Product and it was better quality then I had expected.
I think the order was misplaced somehow, but as soon as I brought it to their attention, the order was processed the next day. My first order was placed processed and delivered within two weeks though.
I received the second order i placed on may 7th. Still waiting on the first.

I bought a little piece to make the saber look sheathed and it's stuck in the saber right now and I fought once with my saber and the cap of the blade flew off and I lost it

Idk if it was corona or what but it took 2 months for it to arrive. I'm very happy with the lightsaber but i would like it to be a quicker process
