So for my Fallen LE Saber, 5 stars all around! Shipped within 5 days of purchase and it's great! But just a few days later, I ordered a Mystery Box saber, and it still hasn't shipped. It's been almost 2 months. I emailed twice and got no response at all.
Payment was promptly taken but product took over two months to receive. Took forever just to get company to respond to inquiries. I realize it's amidst a pandemic but then stop selling and over promising. Would not do business with again.
It was nice but wish all sabers had sound
There were a great many options to choose from, so I went with the "Express Stunt" option to make it simpler. Chose the silver blade that comes with colored discs, allowing me to change the blade color. I love it, great saber, swap out colors every week or two.
The quality of the craftsmanship was well beyond expectation
Great Products, decent pricing, only issues that arose were from Covid-19 so no ones fault! I've been telling my friends to shop there for amazing cosplay sabers!
I emailed twice to try and cancel the order but nobody responded. It's alright though because COVID-19 turned everything into a mess so the lightsaber still arriving is a happy accident. It's high quality and the sounds are super cool.
I've placed several orders with UltraSabers so I am a repeat customer. Their service started to go downhill in late-2019. Ultrasabers blamed this trend on the release of Star Wars Episode 9 but now it's clear this is not a fluke caused by pop culture... it's their new normal.
I placed an order in January and the service was absolutely awful. I attempted to make a change to my order (that behooved them) and sent 5 emails with no response. I tried calling as well but never got a live person on the phone. This experience made me want to quit doing business with them forever.
However, after my order arrived (albeit 6 weeks late and w/o the changes I requested), an UltraSabers employee contacted me, apologized for the lack of replies, and sent me a discount code to be used on a future order. I agreed to give them a second chance. I placed an order using the discount code and again... they delivered abysmal customer service.
From my last 3 experiences with UltraSabers, it appears they do not reply to emails, and their phones go straight to voicemail. More importantly, they did not make me feel valued as a customer, and therefore I will not do any further business with them. It's really sad because I like their sabers, but good products do not make up for bad service. Period.
The web store was okay. There wasn't a lot of description about the different options, which makes it difficult for a new person to understand exactly what they are getting. The prices are reasonable. The processing and shipping took FOREVER! I understand that times are difficult right now in meeting order and delivery times. I would then expect there to be more communication and less promotion since this is the case. When I placed the order, the response said 2-3 week time to delivery. It is now 2 months and we just received the saber only after I reached out to inquire about the status.
The hilt looks really good and feels great, the light is nice and bright and the sound is really nice and loud.
It took forever to get my Ultrasabers which I understand due to the Covid 19 slowing down pace, but I sent at least 10 emails, Facebook messages and have tried calling multiple times but never got any response. The company did great work on my saber but needs work on answering customer needs
I very much enjoy the sabers i received. Definitely want to order again. I am fine with waiting but i just like to be informed. I think the customer service needs a little work but I completely understand that we are living through hard times.
I didn't realize I didn't order one with a sound package but thats on me for not double checking the options chosen. But I am happy with how it looks and feels
They are really cool.
Great product, Communications needs work, Lead times is acceptable
Like previously, this order went smoothly, with only a minor hitch. However, when we contacted customer service it was very swiftly resolved. Great experience, and I will continue purchasing from ultrasabers.
Long reply time
Delivery time said 6-8 weeks and this is the 8th week(ish). Well worth the wait and right on time. They were very responsive when I needed to change my shipping address from the billing address. Can't wait to order another once I save up some money haha.
Idk if it's just do to covid or having to many orders but I've been waiting since May 8th with no really confirmation if I'm getting my saber or not. I just feel like I shouldn't have to wait this long.
It took a bit longer than I thought it would but I'm happy with what I got. Ordering it was super simple and easy as well.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
