I contacted ultra savers on multiple occasions to change the blade size on my order. Never received a response by email and could never leave a voicemail when I called. The screw for the handle to change the disc has already stripped. I am not happy with the overall experience.

I don't want to fault the company too much, because they do make a nice product and from what I see myself it looks like the company deals with some extremely high volume, but that being said they are very slow at responses, even past their standard 'it takes us a month to get back to you'. So if you're going to order from here, you will get a great product and you will get your moneys worth, but be prepared to wait for a response from them if you need anything special, or as in my case the shipping address changed.

This is the second time I've ordered sabers and gotten them maybe a 2-3 months past Expected delivery date. I even paid extra to have fast shipping for a birthday. Last time I contacted support I at least got a discount code for compensation. This time I ordered sabers and they said they didn't have the hilts in stock and have been waiting and waiting hoping they'd get it in. If they had contacted me and let me know they were waiting and there were other options it would've been fine. But I had to personally reach out after already waiting past the delivery date. On the website it didn't even say out of stock at all and it was just terrible timing and waiting.
My saber is awesome, and I love it. The only issue i had was it took forever to get here. When i emailed about it all i got was an automated response. Still I love this product, and I'm definitely going to buy more in the future.
Delivery was stated as 4 weeks but its taken 8! With no forward communication. I chased on several occasions with very delayed responses and very mediocre answers. I understand that there is a current global pandemic however all other companies seem to be able to continue good service with very clear instructions. I wonder if your service is always poor and the pandemic has just made it worse. I suggest you find a way to deal with the pandemic better otherwise your company could well be in trouble.
My son is overjoyed with the light saber but the service is awful.

Order process was not easy. Final product is awesome though!
I have 2 pending orders from March and April that I have not received. I have sent repeated emails over the past month to check the status of these orders and have been ignored every time. These 2 orders total almost $2000 and are for my wedding. The lack of responses to my numerous emails is incredibly disappointing.
I liked it, however I did order during this pandemic so I knew it was gonna take a bit.
My saber took twice as much time as the website said it would to get shipped, and once it came the LED flickered before dying completely. I've tried changing the batteries and checking for a connection issue with no luck.
It's amazing my wife loves it

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
