I ordered a paper several weeks before it was due just to give the service to find a suitable writer. However I started checking the status of my order and he/she kept telling me my paper would be ready by a certain time and it was not, I was not even able to review the first draft because there wasn't one to review. In fact the writer never started the paper. The night before the paper was due I received an email from the writer informing me he/she was sick and therefore couldn't deliver the paper. Very unprofessional and I ended up using another service who delivered my paper 5 pages in 8 hours. It was pricey but very worth it. I will never use these services again...
I have used this service twice now and both times the order came in WAY after the specified time frame. This would't have been so bad if they had given me a heads up that this would be the case. Instead i was assured that it would be available when I needed it, of course when the due date rolls around the writer stops all communication so I am in the dark waiting for my order not having enough time left to finish it myself because they gave no warning that it would be over 2 DAYS LATE

Ok - I read some reviews with the whole late thing BUT I fully believe that it's your paper so if you want to get it on time... CALL THEM! I had a similar situation with them where my writer disappeared, and my paper wasn't reassigned because of a glitch, I noticed something was wrong so I called. My problem was immidetly resolved and I recieved my paper. Logically you are ordering people to do your work so you should give yourself a cushion for error. I was extremely impressed with my one experience using Ultius.com. I had too much going on in my life (work, etc., etc.) to complete a paper on time myself, and was forced to resort to trying out a writing service. (A first for me). I requested an in-depth 8 page research paper for a senior-level course within 24 hours (a TALL order!) and Ultius.com delivered. I did a tiny bit of touch-up editing as one would expect, but that was literally less than 20 minutes of my time. Trust me when I say that I was worried the whole wait time, but in the end they had the file available for download before the 24 hours was even up. There was someone available online the entire time to answer my questions, and I'm sure I was probably more than a little annoying. I would absolutely recommend Ultius.com to other students in need of assistance, although I'm sure its polite to give them more time than I did!

Things start of on a positive note, however all business wanting a customers business start positively. The orders process is simple and reliable (confirmation sent to email).
Customers are charged for every detail of the service so be prepared. For a research 10+ page paper due in 30 days it will be $175+ depending on the level. The shipping or delivery process is also simple. Customers are notified via email of a message and upon checking your account the paper is available for download. Customers have seven Days to review and suggest revisions be done. Although, they claim to know what they are doing in the YouTube Video (making you think "I will read through it for any glaring issues,") once seven days have passed you might as well go to the purse or wallet time to pay for editing. Quality is horrible, what the do not tell you is these are sample papers information is incorrect or not accurate and sometimes often poorly presented. If you do not edit and check the accuracy of the content of "professional writers" your instructor will swear you are illiterate. Customer service is friendly, but the most they will do is offer you a 15% discount on your next order ($30.00 off of a $200.00 order), wow!
I seriously suggest going to another agency, writing it yourself (will save money and the frustration of having a professional do a half-$#*! job), or red-pen the hell out of it (again you are correcting professional writers for what you paid to have done).

As you mentioned, our order process is simple and reliable, and we do ask our clients to provide as many details as they can. We base our prices on level, length, and urgency (when you need it), but any amount of research is, of course, complimentary. Every order is different, so our writers carefully consider orders’ instructions as they research.
We have found that the most successful orders often have detailed prompts, rubrics, and other guidelines attached for our writers. However, in some cases, that does not happen so we offer a 7 day complimentary revision period. When our clients feel that their orders’ information is inaccurate or poorly presented, we encourage that they request revisions.
If clients need revisions past 7 days, we do have to charge a small fee depending on the urgency. Because our writers are independent contractors, we are ethically obligated to compensate them outside of their original contracts.
