We adopted our dog in February of 2023. He was 9 years old. He'll be 11 years old this July.
Prior to Nutra Complete (beef) our dog required us to add gravy (beef or chicken) or beef broth to his dry dog food before he'd consider eating it. He enjoys Nutra Complete so much, he gobbles it down with zero coaxing. I even give him individual pieces as treats to reward him for the tricks he does.
Our dog has seasonal allergies. It's so sad to watch him scratch constantly resulting in hair loss and many bare patches of skin. He had one bare patch when he started eating Nutra Complete. The scratching subsided.
Currently, we are financially able to give him 1/2 cup daily. (His Weight requires 2 1/2 cups). While perusing Ultimate Pet website, I noticed Canine Radiance. In order to give our dog support and avoid him being miserable (Last year, our vet prescribed Apoquel and it helped, but he still scratched often.) I ordered Canine Radiance. I'm only giving him 2 of the recommended 4 chewable tablets daily. So far, with the addition of Nutra Complete and Canine Radiance, he's been a comfortable dog. This autumn will be the real test.
I highly recommend to every dog (and cat) lover, to check out Ultimate Pet website.
I almost forgot, our dog had really stinky breath! Not anymore! Bonus!
So far the dogs are doing great taking it as well as the older mother dog is using her back legs a lot more she is running and pushing with them. Before she was bringing both with her legs at the same time, they all three have allergies so havent saw the difference in that yet but they are sleeping better at night. I purchased three jars havent finished one yet they are so smart and finicky I've been going slow on the amount but they are up to a half scoop each now, waiting on results when they get full scoop each I have West highland Terriers the mother and two of her puppies the mom is 14yrs, the puppies just turn 11 in may thanks for sharing the thrive I'm most positive we will be getting more.
I have a hard time feeding my 15 year old kitty, Munchkin, so I was hesitant to purchase the cat supplement. I started her with just a smidgen of it, and then added it slowly. I am now up to amount recommended and she seems to be eating her food without turning up her nose at it like she would periodically do before. I haven't yet had a chance to see what a difference it will make to her health, but I'm very happy that she's at least eating it!
I have 3 large relatively young dogs. I'm only a few weeks into usage, but the dogs love the supplement. Not sure if I can notice an affect at this time, but I'm hopeful it will be a lifetime extender.
Things are fine, but there is still some loose stool. I was hoping it would firm up by now. Even though his back legs are going (he's 13 1/2) he's been trying to jump up on things. I think he feels peppier.
I have 20 cats/kittens, I have been putting this in their food, older cats ages 9, 10, 11 yrs old started playing with one yr olds, they love the food and I see their coats shinier and softer... highly recommended
I purchased for my fur baby's itching. While he still has some itching, it seems to be a little better. But, we have noticed that his fur is filling in places where he had scratched himself bald. He has also gained weight since he is no longer miserable and is eating his food, and he is able to get some rest.
My dog loves the flavor that it gives his food. He eats much sooner. Doesn't let it sit in his bowl.
Haven't noticed any difference in his coat and he still rolls on the ground (he just loves this).
His poop is still the same... solid to begin with and then very runny/soft.
He's been on this for about 3 weeks...
I'm using this product for my 12 year old Chihuahua and he's 3lbs. He's has a heart condition that he takes 3 meds 3x a day. All he did was sleep and he has joint pain, I have noticed he jumps a bit more in the morning for his breakfast with a bit more movement for him which is great. So far I'm happy to see him move more yes I'd recommend it for older dogs. I'll keep you posted and I see more results. Also my younger chihuahua had it as well he's a year old. Michelle
Ginger was having trouble jumping. She is only two. Her knees are genetically compromised. The difference is amazing since using Pet Nutrition. She jumps and runs with ease now. She is even eating her food better, as if she likes it more. Thanks Ultimate Pet Nutrition!
I think this is a good product. My dog was suspicious of it the first few days. Ate around it, instead of diving right into his food like normal. He is not a picky eater. I am not sure of the flavor, but it took a few days for him to eat normally. I haven't noticed a reduction in the itchy skin, but the energy level is good and attitude is very happy.
We are in awe of how much our dog loves this product! She herds us to feed her now! She's much more spunky and is back to getting "the zoomies" again (bursts of energy in the form of dashing around the house) which she hasn't done for some time. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is she is still biting her paws and we hoped this might have helped. Hoping another product can help in this area! Either way, she will demand more of this in the future!
My 8 yr old female pom/shelti mix has been my best friend for many years now. She seems to have some extra pep in her step and has slimmed down a bit! She seems in great shape. I did take her to the vet a few months back due to me noticing a lump around her underarm and it has been determined that it is a fatty lipoma. I am still keeping an eye on it and it does not seem to have changed over the last 3 weeks (give or take a few days) but I am hopeful that will shrink away some!
I'm sad to report, that my dog loves the food, but I have found several small sharp bones in the food. My dog has also been coughing or making choking sounds after being on the food. I have to change him off this food.
Been taking the Nutri for about a month now, one jar down. My dog's poop has become more firm and she has a bit more energy. She is pretty lame so a but of energy is good. She drinks a ton of water which is good too, flushing her system. I think she will do well after the 90 days.
We adopted our beautiful English Bulldog three years ago. We continued to feed her the food that the prior owner had been using so as not to change anything in her diet but we noticed that she oftentimes had very loose stool.
Read about Nutri Thrive and began adding it to her dry food- no more loose stool and this is almost 3 years now.
We are so committed to this product that we are on auto ship for 3 jars every 3 months. Highly recommend - she also has the same amount of energy today that she had 3 years ago.
I guess I was hoping for better results for my 10 year old cocker spaniel. I did see improvement in her energy and movement. With the cost I wanted to try it on my 10 year old before I spent more giving it to my 2 7 year old cocker spaniels. I will probably get another bottle and add something else for my 10 year old and see if I get better results for her.
Both my cats are on the dehydrated food & nutritional supplement daily. I rehydrate the food with warm water cover & cool then serve, they love it. They're coats have improved & the litter box deposits are better too. I feed them small amounts 4 times a day & they love this food, happy cats.
Well I always wonder if the food we feed the animals is any good. So I gave this a try. One thing I know is she eats it, which was a surprise to me. So not sure of any other results, but will continue to put it in her food.
My dog Bandit has had digestive issues since he was about a year old, he is now five. His stomach would make all sorts of noises, he would go out and eat lots of grass and then throw up. Sometimes, he would throw up immediately, other times it might be hours later. Some days he would eat like a pig and then not eat at all for 2 days. And then there were the soft stools or explosive diaherrea. We've tried all sorts of food, supplements, medications. And the vet said he would just probably be this way all his life. We have been using Ultimate Pet for about a month now, and we have seen some really good changes.
Answer: Yes, mix it in wet food... you can also sprinkle it onto dry food if you don't feed out wet food.
Answer: I changed my older dog's diet to home cooked chicken and vegetables, and balanced the diet with Nutra Thrive. Within two weeks my dog was much improved, and within three weeks she was no longer limping, but running and jumping.
Answer: I have heard of Dr. Richter and was very impressed with his work. My dogs aren't sick but I thought it would be good to start them on something that would keep them healthy. I also like the fact that, what you buy is backed by 100% money back guarantee!
