There is NO need to send multiple catalogs to the same location every month! It is unnecessary and wasteful. Your catalog is all online, where most people shop from anyway, so get with the times and stop with the paper waste.
Whether it be their incredibly poor customer service or their spending millions to steal from their own employees, you have plenty of reason to never use this company.

We stopped purchasing from them a long long long time ago, but I still get these huge catalogs. What a waste of paper! Also our mailbox is usually full of them so there is no room for any other mail. I opt out every time I get a new catalog registered under one of my coworker's name, but it seems that is a never-ending story!
I bought a "Leather Executive's Chair - Dark Brown" which is suppose to be genuine leather office chair and had it for about a year and a half. It's fake leather and the pieces of leather are peeling off.
As a company we have ordered over $4000 a month for the last say 4 years. I just recently took over the position of ordering supplies and have found that the pricing from uline is absolutely ridiculous. I have been working toward not ordering anything friom them besides boxes and have found that i have cut our monthly spending cost in half. I highly recommend that companies look into alternative places to get supplies from. I have found that both webstraunt and costco are very well priced in comparison to Uline items.
I'm assuming they stopped allowing pick ups due to Covid. Covid is over and still unable to pick up orders. We're stuck with a delivery fee of $60.00 and the pallet to boot. The delivery driver was afraid to come down my driveway and wanted to leave the pallet in the middle of my driveway or return the boxes. I had to coddle him into doing his job, which took all of 2 minutes to get it down and into my garage.

I have repeatedly ordered the same product 8oz plastic jars with lids. These are excellat products and worth every penny. The second time I never received the shipment, turns out the courier left it in my lobby and someone stole it. They credited me right away and shipped me out a replacement. Excellant customer service.
I ordered some sticky pads (over 1,000) with my company's promotional project. The shipping cost was $800, that's more than half of what my order was! When I spoken with the manager he did the shipping is calculated by weight and that he couldn't lower it. I explained that it was over my budget and asked if he could lower it he said no, I asked if we could pick up he said no. We ended up not getting the order after we paid for it. They are greedy and horrible people. Don't use them.
I've have given up trying to get them to stop sending their gigantic catalogue to a business which was located at my address more than 20 years ago. Dont deal with them!
I order from this company one time and it was NET 30 terms threw my company DIVERSE SOLUTIONS 365 LLC. I always pay my bills extra early as i am a new compay and trying to build a reputable name. Well I payed this invoice 2 weeks maybe 3 weeks early. Uline credits my payment to some other account then weeks later send me email for not paying my invoice. Uline then falsely reports to the businesses credit bureau that's I made a late payments. This has made my business credit score decline and mabe even ruined my chance of getting credit from other companies. This is just wrong there should be laws in place to prevent this type of false reporting
I am a residential customer, having some new windows put in and want to put up tarps for dust control. I was going to order online but decided to call and see If there would be a ship Delay due to Covid. The pleasant rep told me I'd have the tarps in a day or 2, then offered to put the order through for me. I did and the order arrived next day. It was super service. Then from the confirmation email I was able to go to my account, and since I hadn't created a password yet, I clicked forgot password and it led me to the create password page. It was super easy, very intuitive, the website did exactly what you would think it should do. That hardly ever happens! I am very happy with my tarps, half the price of the local big box hardware stores. I want to remember this site!
I have made multiple purchases from Uline over the years of boxes and other shipping supplies. More recently I've been purchasing shelving, storage carts, organizing bins, and various packaging supplies from Uline and I am THRILLED with the quality every single time. The shelves and carts are extremely durable and not terribly difficult to put together. I always receive everything that I ordered and everything is brand new quality, no dents or marks on the packing supplies. I also found out that Uline offers free gifts for certain purchase amounts, I got the camping chair/cooler and was shocked at the high quality of the free gift!
I have called Uline a couple of times about orders or for information and a real person answers the phone within just a couple of rings and they are always helpful and prompt. Delivery is quick and seamless. Uline is a company that really appreciates their customers and has business solutions for ALL business sizes, and they also have wonderful products for home storage use as well. I highly recommend them!
My first attempt to order from this company I kept getting the delivery after 5. After leaving instructions to call if it was after business hours which didn't happen. I canceled the order and was charged anyway for the order. They kept sending me an overdue notice but I canceled the order. I finally called them and they said it was a mistake and sorry. Well I took a chance on ordering and this time I got the order but they charged an arm and leg for shipping. When got The bill I paid with my debit card, well I assumed I did this was in June today I get an email saying my bill is going into collections for non payment I did pay. So I called them the lady said my card wasn't honored. What so I find out they could only use the zip code associated with my billing address not my card REALLY that's their fault they didn't tell me that. I've used it on other bills. I do t need to add a photo I'm a very credible source this company is TRASH!

A few years ago Uline "acquired" my home-business address; it took several attempts to end the unsolicited flow of catalogues. This year I was shopping on-line for a plastic garden box; I ordered one, with some trepidation, from Uline. The unassembled plastic garden box came in a packing cardboard box with a catalogue. This packing box was packed in a larger shipping box with plastic bubble wrap and a SECOND catalogue. (The two catalogues weighed the same amount as the plastic garden box, doubling the shipping weight.) Then, within a month, there was ANOTHER catalogue in my mailbox. STOP STOP STOP the catalogues! STOP the packing waste.

The worst item I have ever purchased...uline is totally none responsive...they won't fix the unit or replace it...it completely ices up within 7 days. The picture is afte 4 weeks of use

As a small business I must make choices everyday about who to order supplies, packaging, food and services for my business. I also need to be able to make decisions based on these orders.
Here is a perfect example of another failure by Uline.
I ordered a simple order talking to a representative on the phone. The representative assured me the product was available to be picked up in the Coppell, Texas location the next day. Although Uline charges a ridiculous $25.00 fee to pick up any size order from their warehouse, I decided that would be a better option than overnight delivery.
I called the warehouse the next to attempt to add an item to my order, which I was picking up before the end of the day. At that time, I was told my original order was not in the Coppell warehouse and could not be picked up. Now I am stuck trying to fulfill a business need in less than 24 hours.
Uline, you have become obsolete in the world of Amazon and other retailers who simply can do everything better than you are doing.
Do not use Uline if you value your business.
