I'm disappointed that Uline continues sending printed catalogs when all your products are available on your website. I contacted customer service and sent multiple emails requesting that my company be removed from your mailing list, but the catalogs keep coming. It's a shame that Uline doesn't care about the environment and continues to waste paper on something that is completely obsolete.
I received bubble pouches. They are burnt, stuck together, melted plastic and I want a refund. What to do? I don't want more brom them. This happened before. Fool me once, shame on them. Fool me twice, shame on me. Please look at the pics for yourself.
We accidentally purchased the wrong size bags for a upcoming event. I called customer service at Uline, immediately got a human being. No voicemail prompt to pick out a selection, an actual human. They traced my name and phone number and knew my order before I could give them my order number. Even though it was our fault, we ordered the wrong size bags, because we had never had a return before, they didn't charge us to ship it back. Emailed me the free UPS shipping label the same day. The man helped me re-order the correct size bags and I got them within like two days. It was perfect! The way customer service should be. They are a model for good customer service.
It use to be that you could pick up your product from the warehouse for FREE. That was great for people buying bulky items or who work close to the warehouse.
Now, Uline charges 25 $ to pick up items. It is cheaper to ship them!

Uline may seem reasonable in pricing but they grossly over charge for shipping and delivery. They even charge $25 if you want to pick something up. It seems they stopped pick-up during Covid and now cheat the customers with unreasonable shipping and pick-up charges. Their customer service doesn't seem to care. I try to avoid them whenever possible.
I had to review them with 1 STAR because 0 stars are not allowed. These guys are a joke. I did the first order. The delivered smaller size boxes even if the code was ok. I called them and I asked them to return them and to make a replacement with bigger size's boxes. They wanted to charge me for the second order while they sent the wrong ones. This is definitely the first and the lat time I order from them. Bad products worse customer service
While looking through the fall-winter catalogue to order boxes for my small business, I discovered a political screed on page 863 reflecting the views of a woman I presume to be the owner of the company. I found this to be unprofessional and off-putting. As I do not take my corrugated boxes with a side of political opinions, I will be looking elsewhere for business supplies.
Athough the cabinet itself is fine, the latch mechanism is problematic. You need to pinch 2 bars together with considerable force to open the door. Closing it is also difficult because the bars at top and bottom don't easily fit into the slots. I'm replacing this entire latch with hardware that is easier to use. Also the latch includes "chromed plastic". Given the high cost of this product, I expected everything to be top quality and work well. Major disappointment. Also the delivery did not arrive as scheduled.
I was initially thrilled to receive it as a birthday gift, and it served me well for about 18 to 20 months. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when it began displaying a code 13 error. This code could indicate a variety of issues, none of which are easy to fix.
In my quest to resolve the problem, I reached out to two different repair companies (recommended by Uline), both of which were unable to restore the machine to working condition. What's more disheartening is that both repair companies shared their opinion that this product is among the worst they've encountered and recommended purchasing a Scotsman instead.
I also contacted Uline for assistance, hoping they could help resolve the issue under the two-year warranty. Unfortunately, they refused to assist, citing the lack of an original invoice from the first repair shop. This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with both the product and the company's customer service.
I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others about the challenges I've faced with this product and the disappointing response from Uline. My hope is that others can make informed decisions when considering their own ice machine purchase.
Stop sending these damn uline catalogs every damn week! It's the same thing over and over I don't have time to look at it every week!
I am by no means a bulk shopper when it comes to purchasing quality packaging for our small company. And yet, ULine was the only wholesale package company that had the products we needed in stock. I didn't get the best price, but for the fast shipping and customer service, it was well worth it. Our graphic designer was on a tight deadline to create labels for the product packaging still in transit. So we reached out to ULine at midnight over the weekend to request the exact specs to ensure the labels were ready when they arrived. ULine responded immediately. Yes, at midnight on the weekend. They provided detailed PDFs for all three containers. By the time the labels were created two days later, the ULine shipment had already arrived at our door. They were perfect and of the highest quality. We are so grateful. From now on, ULine will be our go-to for product packaging.
I have been a customer now for just over 5 years and I have NEVER been disappointed. From the professional and helpfulness of their customer service team to delivery. I needed help with carton sizing and reliability of what they would recommend. The service representative went above and beyond helping me to find what would work best. The product arrived the next day and I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this company and their services as you will not be disappointed. If you are, then I'm sorry to say the fault would be on you, not them.
We searched online for a reasonably priced picnic table and came across ULINE with a cost far below other sellers. We purchased it August 2nd with a delivery date of August 7th.perfect. Then received a notice it had shipped the evening of the 2nd and it arrived noontime on the 5th right to our door and unbelievable well packaged-- 2 days early! We were EXTREMELY impressed and very satisfied with ULINE'S Customer service updates, our purchase and their streamlined delivery service. We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to purchase from them again. 5 S*T*A*R*S*!

A big shoutout to the Uline.com customer service pro who found my recent interaction with the sales team suspicious & calmly instructed me to call the police. Everyone took this interaction seriously EXCEPT the sales team. I didn't catch your name but you truly did a spectacular job and showed care and concern for your customers.
I'm an almost 20-year Uline customer and I've never once had sales reach out to me. Then, out of the blue a male intern calls and wants to meet me and wouldn't take no for an answer. There were half a dozen red flags that made me suspect that this was an unsafe meeting (not the least of which - why does it take 20 years to be recognized as a customer). So, I called customer service. The kind CS rep advised me to take a safe approach. She informed me that my sales rep was a woman and to not attend the meeting. And, more importantly, to call the police. My local police department took it very seriously, too, and was planning to meet me at the agreed-upon location to investigate this unconventional sales practice.
Management called to apologize, trashing the customer service rep. The real fault is that Uline's sales team used very creepy practices to engage a 20-year-long client raising suspicions with even my own local police department. The whole incident was extremely disturbing. I'll never use Uline again.

They may have good, affordable products; however; they assign delivery to a company and then don't follow up with them to see if the item was delivered. I am trying to set up a delivery appointment for the third time in two weeks. Their claim on their website that they offer quick delivery IS A BIG LIE! I will never buy anything from ULINE again!

I purchased three air freshener dispensers with six air freshener cartridges 4/10/23 to improve the air fragrance in the house. I installed them in strategic places and after a few days, I didn't smell any difference in the ambient. The dispensers do not dispense the aroma. You have to come as close to touching the cartridges to smell the contents. As for their return policy, it stinks as you pay for the return and are charged a re-stocking fee of 30% of the total price.
Will not be buying from them again.
The standard metal cabinets are so terrible. They are not strong enough for what you called, "Metal". I actually could bend the sheet until it breaks into pieces. The lock mechanism also has a flaw design. I had to modify in order to make it works correctly.
The heavy duty shell is so insane. There are no screws to hold those shell on the racks. I assume if there are no heavy objects to hold those shell in place, it will come loose and fall on the ground seriously.
