We bought a brand new Uline beverage refrigerator which arrived completely broken two years ago... about a $2,000 investment. They have been completely unresponsive and we are furious. The worst customer service ever. Don't ever get conned into purchasing their refrigerators.
Boycott these $#*!s. They bombard every single business address with their catalogue with complete disregard for the environment. I have a friend who works from home receiving 3 to 4 issues of this crap a month! This may fly in the US, however these large corporations move in Canada where we do care and this isn't going unnoticed. Many I have spoken to without prompting the conversation have voiced the same disdain. I think we need rally together as concerned citizens and put a stop to this.
When a company's owner feels they have to insert a full page Trump ad into their catalog, it's a sure fire way to lose even more business they complain of losing. December 2020 was my final purchase and I will be cancelling catalogs and trashing those I receive. Purchases will now go to unbiased suppliers.
I order my large boxes 50x20x8 to ship guitars from this company, and boxes are not only delivered in perfect condition, but structurally strong enough to hold guitar and packaging with no problems. I've shipped about 45 guitars to various buyers and never had a problem. Definitely recommend Uline, aside from quality boxes, their prices are the best.
I tried to place an order a few weeks a ago and was told because it's under 300.00 CAD dollars there will be a 25.00 dollar Pick up charge... REALLY >>>?
Meanwhile you send me 50.00 $ worth of catalogues per year and once in awhile free shipping!.

I bought ice packs for the 2nd time. They were not the same as the first time. Wrote a email and with in 30 mins I had a phone call trying to fix it. They sent me a second batch. They were not right either. They told me to just keep them and if I wanted they would do a quality check before shipping they did it to make sure everything was correct. Best customer service I have ever seen. Thank you.
I started a new company and Uline sent me a massive paper catalogue in the mail that I never asked for, putting me in the uncomfortable situation of throwing it into recycling or leaving it laying around my office cluttering the place for no reason (as I certainly won't ever spend money with this company). Sad waste of money and willful disregard for our planet.
I spent a huge amount of time creating custom labels on this website at a cost of over $500 only to discover the shipping was going to be $200 or I could pick it up myself for a fee of $179! Ridiculous!
We order all of our shipping supplies for my office from Uline. They have everything we need. The only complaint is the cost of shipping, it is extremely high. It would be nice if they had a cheaper option that took a little longer to arrive instead of defaulting to 1-2 day shipping. Not everyone needs their supplies in a rush.
I had a defective product and submitted a Return Request. Within minutes they replied stating they'd replace the product free of charge and it was delivered the next day. EXTREMELY great customer service. Will be a repeat customer for sure. Fast, fair and effective.
The standard metal cabinets are so terrible. They are not strong enough for what you called, "Metal". I actually could bend the sheet until it breaks into pieces. The lock mechanism also has a flaw design. I had to modify in order to make it works correctly.
The heavy duty shell is so insane. There are no screws to hold those shell on the racks. I assume if there are no heavy objects to hold those shell in place, it will come loose and fall on the ground seriously.
If you're thinking of buying clear Cellophane Tape Tape from Uline watch your pockets. We were charged $45.00 per roll of 2" inch 3M 610 Tape S-******* and there I was thinking I was getting a case of the tape for that price. I thought it was such a great price that I ended up paying $90.00 dollars for 2 rolls of 72 yard tape. When I phoned Uline the representative told me it's because it is a 3M product. Buyer beware! I will certainly think twice before ordering from Uline in the future.
This company doesn't verify businesses. They get names and threaten to send your information out to the third parties for collections. Their customer service is horrible. When working on an issue asking for an email confirmation on the phone conversation with the manager, Laura, she "preferred not to send" an email confirming she changed the information from my name to the companies's name that the product was for. Not a professional, quality, company. I would encourage everyone to purchase products elsewhere. It sounds like fraud and immorality is the culture at Uline.
I have purchased product from Uline for my two restaurants several times over the past few year and received excellent service each and every time. I don't understand how some f the reviews people post are even possible.
I just installed two storage cages that were delivered on time (3 days) and in great shape to replace units purchase from Grainger that took 6 weeks to get here and were damaged. Grainger told me another 6 weeks to get the Hallowell cages. ULINE is the way to go!
Be aware that the bubble mailers have Uline logo on them! I bought the white bubble mailers which didn't show in the product photo that it has Uline written on them. They refused to provide a free return saying that it was specified in the "additional info" section. It's ridiculous that they're charging a customer for a return when it's their fault that they didn't adequately provide product details.
They may have great products but sending me a huge paper catalogue that I don't want or need is a crime on the environment. They bought an email list and found me! Only the domain I bought is a romantic comedy fiction book that has nothing to do with supplies. Stop the practice, please!
Placed an order for over $500. Called a few minutes later to say I forgot to add an item. TOO LATE. Then they want to charge me $35 to ship a $60 item. I called my salesman, basically said it is what it is.
Update. Checked today, the order didn't leave there building until 2-1/2 hours later. That's annoying.

We receive duplicates of their huge, paper wasting catalogs several dimes throughout the year despite multiple, at least a dozen requests for them to stop sending the. Its trash company contributing to all that is wrong with capitalism.
I would prefer to give them 0 stars if I could. We continually try to get them to STOP SENDING me their environmentally unfriendly catalog numerous times throughout the year. I received 3 just this month alone! How can a company survive by offering awful customer service, old school wasteful mentality and fail to adapt to today's online shopping models? Go away Uline, and take your waste of a catalogue with you.
