Unfortunately for me for 1st time in my life i did not read the reviews about theese scumbags and it backfired for me because after two months since placing the order they have my money and i still dont have my shirt. Now an eperiment for thouse who have twitter make up a 6 digit number be polite and ask for an update, 1st time you might get an response waitb 5-7 days and see what happens, you can also just read other reviews there and everything will be clear to you. You will also see after this review few 5 star reviews guess who's people are thous? Stay away from theese scumbags for your own safety!
Really pleased with printing of Senegal football t shirt I bought for a friend of mine's son. It is a little on the small side for a 12 year old but was listed as 12-14 & the largest one they sold. Quality looks good & delivery was fast. Thank you UK Soccer shop!
After reading most of the reviews on UkSoccershop after placing an order I started doubting if I had made a big mistake. I live in Johannesburg South Africa and I placed an order for two soccer shirts which I just can not find here in my city, I placed the order online, made the payment and also wanted printing done on one of the shirts. The very next day I was emailed with all the details concerning the shipment and was given my DHL tracking number. The whole process from ordering to delivery (to my doorstep) took about 3 business days which was so much better than I expected to be honest. The shirts look great and I am extremely overwhelmed by the excellent service. Thank you UKSoccerShop!

Do not order from this company. They do not respond to letters, emails, tickets raised on website or tweets. I am still waiting for a refund for goods ordered in November which were out of stock. Happy to take money for items that were out of stock. Advised 24th Feb refund would be processed. Still waiting!
I have ordered many many football shirts and kits here. They always have what I'm looking for. However I do have to say that their customer service needs 100% upgrade and complete overhaul. You cannot phone them nor do they respond to shirt printing changes despite being paid for one month in advance of shirt being released and, despite my best endeavours, of 4 weeks notice and 5 contact format filled out. The shirt still came with the name I wanted changed. It you appreciate business then the customers wishes should be granted!

I ordered an England t-shirt for my son as he was attending a match. I ordered it over a week in advance and it should have been dispatched within 1-2 days. The t-shirt never arrived. There is no phone number that anybody responds to and when I sent over 5 on-line queries, they did not solve the problem or even answer most of them. Please don't waste your time using this shop.
All I can say about UKSoccerShop is they are very reliable with an exceptional service. I have purchased items more than once from them and have recieved them within a day or two after submitting my order. Would definitely recommend UKSoccerShop to anyone who likes their sports goods and will be using them for future purchases

I wanted to surprise my partner with a new football shirt. He collects the national team jersey of which ever country he is visiting, however during our recent holiday he was unable to find one. So I ordered it online for next day delivery (which was a little pricey) and it was with us befoer lunch time. Reasonably priced jersey. Standard delivery is also reasonable. But £8.95 for next day is steep in my books.

This is not a professional business company. First of all slow and if you have to return and get your money back good luck. It's better to get get form China at least you know what are you going to get for that cheap price and the parcel come quicker then this company courier.
