I came into contact with this company via an Amazon purchase. Due to what Amazon reps describe as a glitch in Amazons system on an order placed August 22 ~ I ended up with a duplicate order coming at me from the UK vendor: UKSoccershop. Amazon was apologetic and reinforced that this was at no fault of the customer, tried to cancel the duplicate order but, there was reportedly nothing that could be done (I was billed for two and by some miracle UKSoccershop had mailed the order within minutes! Duplicates WERE coming!). The product journey from the UK to the US would take over a month and I was instructed by Amazon to wait patiently for the product arrival, process a return, and then receive a refund after the product was returned to the UK vendor.

After receiving the duplicates, I followed the return/mailing instructions and sent the product on September 14. As of today, November 7, the vendor still claims the returned product has never been received. This actually doesnt surprise me given the quality of customer service I received from the vendor. How easy it must be for them to sit back with a customers money and make such a claim! They have been very ambivalent and unhelpful with this scenario. They've basically stalled queries with questions, but made no effort to provide actual customer service and seek a resolution. They are apparently perfectly content with the fact that I am now supposed to eat the monetary loss because my return package conveniently evaporated into thin air. (Oh & by the way, tracking services were not an option because the Post Office did not recognize the suite number of the UK mailing house, located in Los Angeles.) In case it's not clear - I don't actually believe they haven't received it.

The whole situation has been disappointing from the minute I hit the Place Order button. I certainly wont be using UKSoccershop again and would encourage other customers to take their dollars elsewhere.

I bought two shirts from this company which cost me close to $200 Australian dollars. They were printed shirts. I realised that somehow (despite me checking before pressing submit) the sizing was wrong on my sons shirt. I must say that the two shirts were received within a timely manner.
I didn't think i could exchange the shirt as it was printed, so i contacted them which the owner Simon replied to say, he was sorry, but he could offer me a discounted second shirt. I took him up on his offer, and after many emails and reconfirmations of requirements, he then sent me a paypal invoice for the shirt.
After a week or two, i followed up on progress of this shirt, as there were no email confirmations sent to me.
I did receive on email saying, whats the paypal reference no?
After i sent this through twice, that is where correspondence ended.
I sent a further 8 emails following up this transaction, with no reply. I then went through dispute resolution via Paypal, to which i sent 4 unanswered emails.
NO shirt received and completely ignored.
It was resolved today by Paypal, who has refunded me this money.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER IF YOU INTEND TO GO OUTSIDE THE USUAL BUYING PROCESS. I would stay away anyway, as they are unethical, unorganised, and i have no idea how they sleep at night.

Before I ordered the football shirt I needed I emailed a question... no reply... I risked it and ordered the shirt... the shirt came with a different number on it than advertised... again I e mailed to say it's the wrong number... no reply... luckily the young lad I bought the shirt for said he would be happy with the shirt anyway... fair to say I won't be using this site again... when you order a £60 let's face it glorified T Shirt... you would expect some communication... nothing...

Ex-pat living in Dubai. Order regularly from this site as great selection and fast shipping to Dubai. Always have what I need and always happy with the great service and delivery.

I ordered 3 jerseys from UK Soccershop and paid extra for DHL one day shipping. My order was delivered 6 days later! I was not able to accept the shipping by then and was really relying on the 1 day shipping so I requested a full refund. After a few weeks I finally got the refund (had to send many emails to finally get it) and only the jerseys were refunded and not the shipping cost! So I'm left with having to take the blame for their horribly poor service. I have tried to contact them many, many times now both through emails and many Facebook messages but no reply. They've even "seen" the Facebook messages and do not bother to reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Very pleased with company. Bought Tottennham shirt with Harry Kane print and delivered to Spain in 3 days. Thank you.

BEWARE! This is a fraudulent business. Order never received. It charged my credit card within 24hrs and said my item shipped. It's been over 3 weeks and have not received anything. An online tracking message say "shipped" but no tracking number is included. Such a scam. I'm also going to report to DHL Express who they list as the courier company for shipping. Webpage looks legit and positive reviews look assuring but this is nothing but a front for taking money. I've filed a claim in Canada against them and luckily will be getting refunded. Stay away!

Ordered a Wales Euro 2016 jersey for my son in white ready for the start of the Championship. Despite paying for express delivery it did not arrive until half way through the championship and was red not white as ordered. No communications to warn of the late delivery and no response provided to the remedy offered, even though this was exactly what was instructed on their website when making a complaint.

Would never use again and would recommend avoidance at all

I ordered a T-Shirt on a Tuesday to be delivered the next day, and I received an email the day after saying that the T-shirt was out of stock, and as an apology they offer me a free shipping for my next order and a whole refund (which I received without a problem). But the problem comes with my second order, I ordered another T-shirt on a Wednesday to be delivered the day after (expecting a free shipping as they specified in the email) and first of all, they did not give me free shipping so I had to pay for it and I also received an email saying that my payment was held, because my transaction was of high risk fraud (I used the same card that I used for the first T-shirt and that time there was not a problem). They asked me for few security questions to verify the card, which I gave the very same day. After that I received an email saying that everything was correct and that the order was processed at 1.30pm on a Thursday (which with their policy of deliveries means that the good should be received the day after, because it was placed before 2pm), but I did not receive the T-shirt until Saturday (after paying for one day delivery on Wednesday, because I needed the T-shirt by Friday). I have sent 2 emails regarding the return options because I do not need the T-shirt anymore and I haven't heard anything yet.

P.S. If you try to find a phone number to contact them, forget it, they do not provide any.

I paid for my sons kit and paid for 2 day delivery option. The party was 4 days later, it didn't arrive till 8 days later... Which meant I had purchase another kit from a store... Was not impressed with this site... No additional gifts was put in with the kit as way of apologies The kit that did come however was a original (not fake) if you are going to ignore my experience give yourself 2weeks for delivery (to be sure it arrives on time)

Purchased something on the 23th June to be shipped to Australia, a notification email came through same day and shipped as well.
I wanted a update as this purchase was a present, when I logged in the tracking number provided is useless and a error message comes up. So I sent an enquiry to the customer service team and this is their reply:
'Hello,
Thanks for your mail.
The number on your account is used for our internal tracking purpose, the order has been shipped for you on 23rd June, the mailing service selected was standard airmail and this does not come with a tracking number as such. The mailing company we use do track the parcel through internal scans and can tell when the package has been delivered. It can take 10-12 working days to reach there after shipping and will be delivered by the countries postal service there after customs clearance'.

So basically it can arrive anytime but they cannot tell where it is roughly. The tracking facility they have on the website is useless. Lucky for me it arrived today and I need it for this Saturday.
If you want something in a hurry, I would suggest to order it weeks in advance.
