The site is a scam from the start as the jersey I bought was printed with the wrong number in the first place (now fixed, since I returned my order and told them why) but they never refunded me, even after confirming receival of my return and 'initiating' my refund. £89.99 is not worth just dropping the case either. I want my money back!

Ordered several items and was told that they were on the way. I have been lied to multiple times by them and DHL and now am out a couple of hundred dollars. Based on what I have been reading this is there modus operandi. AVOID at all costs

Bought my son a football shirt from these cowboys. Within a few weeks the lettering was cracked and peeling off. I contacted them and was told it was wear and tear. After paying over £100, I am disgusted with the quality. The shirt is not fit for purpose, obviously poorly made and I feel I've been robbed of my money. AVOID!

Good response time. Received quickly despite wanting customisation. Very impressed. One small gripe is that it is quite expensive but the look on my grandsons face more than made up for the price. Will probably use again as quality seems very good.

Order placed and fully paid for but not until I chased them two months later was I advised that the product was out of stock. I substituted my order for a different product which was duly despatched however upon arrival was subject to import duty in excess of 100% of the purchase price which was never explained in advance. I requested cancellation of the order and a full refund which was agreed to but only after the product had been returned to their warehouse by their own nominated courier. Four months later this has still not been confirmed and the company is now not acknowledging or responding to my emails. Also impossible to phone the so called customer service department as the number is permanently unmanned. Based on my experience would recommend not dealing with this organisation.

Placed an order for a Spurs jersey. For 6 months, nothing. Got fed up and asked to cancel the order and get a refund. They said ok. Well 6 months later still no refund. And they won't respond to my requests asking what the heck is going on. Avoid.

I would not buy anything from the company. I ordered a jersey for my son, Youth XL. They sent an adult XL. I was charged for the shirt, but I obviously could not use it. I ordered another jersey through Fruugo to get the right jersey for his birthday. I had no idea Fruugo would use UK Soccer Shop to fulfill the order. I asked Kelly, the sales rep for UK soccer Shop for a refund, but they would not replace the shirt without me returning it, which I did. They claimed to initiate a return for the cost of the jersey, but not the two shipping costs, which were more than the cost of the jersey. Kelly explained that both shipping costs would be refunded as well. The "initiated refund" never happened and Kelly from UK Soccer Shop stop answering my emails. Scam.

Ordered something off this site. It came exactly when they said it would and they kept me updated every step of the way.
All the gear they sell is legit and of good quality.
Will 100% order from them again.

I purchased some football jumpers for my sons for Christmas (14th December) that were labelled as 'in stock'. Delivery was meant to be 5 days. Nothing arrived and I assumed that must be lost and there was no communication. I therefore repurchased the jumpers to be guaranteed delivery within 48 hours on 20th December. Again nothing arrived for Christmas.
I received both orders on 5th January and they will not let me return as they say there are bespoke printed? These with just normal players jumpers of that club and I didn't order bespoke printed.
I have tried to communicate with this company and not one response.
Please do not use this company.

Please be careful ordering from them i ordered two Inter Milan jerseys and three t shirts. Spent almost 300 dollars. I received only 2 tshirts and one was a wrong one. I tried emailing few times and calling and no response. Please be careful when u order they seem to like to take your money but not give u what u ordered or have any customer service skills.

The tops all arrived together, with the correct names and numbers as requested. I thought the prices were either as good or slightly better than other websites.

I ordered several items and although they did not arrive as quickly as I initially expected, I was kept fully informed of shipping when the full order was ready, including tracking which was great. One of the tops had to be sourced in which caused a very slight delay.

I had one small issue with one of the tops where the printing had not adhered fully on one of the letters. It appeared to me that it was just too high for the printing machine, after debating whether to return or not I fixed this myself ( very carefully, I knew how as I used to do this printing. Do not attempt if you've never done this).

We bought 3 tops with lots of printing, names numbers and badges and this was the only issue, everything else was spot on.

Great selection and my son will be delighted when he receives all of these.

I ordered a personalised McLaren polo shirt, printed with 3 initials on.
I love the shirt and what a great idea to be able to personalise it.
The only reason I haven't given this review 5 stars is due to the length of time it took from placing my order, to receiving it, this needs improving in order for me to consider buying further items.
Otherwise, a great online store, prices are fair, based on everywhere else, and the online communication was great.

My son loves his football kit purchased from here especially as they personalise football shirts. Good communication. Orders came promptly with the exception of some socks which have been delayed for a while due to out of stock.
