I searched the internet before and just after Xmas trying to get the right team socks for my son. Pretty much out of stock everywhere. After finding this site I bought and waited for delivery. As it was Xmas week its no surprise order progress was a bit slow. I then googled the company. OMG was I going to lose my money, was the site legit, would the goods be cheap replicas. As I said blame Xmas delays and delivery woes with Royal Mail and perhaps an expectation set by Amazon. Goods arrived 10 dasy later (5 were BH and weekends). All good. No need to worry.

Be careful, their name/number printing on the jersey does not use the official print but fan print. It looks similar but if you look closely, the texture is different from the official ones and there is no club crest. They don't mention this anywhere on their website. I have bought jerseys from multiple US websites and all use official print. I bought two jerseys from them before I found this out. I contacted them and they basically said I was buying what's pictured on the website and refused to do anything. Shame on me. Also, their printing price is not any cheaper compared to the ones using the official prints. I bet there are a lot of buyers don't even realize this.

I purchased two football shirts for my twin girls, although the shirts received were genuine the personalisation was terrible. Each shirt was printed in different lettering, size, font and colour! (You'd expect white, uniform letters). Numerous attempts to contact UK Soccer Shop for a resolution have been unanswered over two months, both email and PayPal. Do not ruin your shirt with personalisation from UK Soccer Shop, buyer beware!

Fantastic range of items on sale. Pricing is a bit high but understandable as some of the lines are either discontinued or very hard to get hold of. Would have rated 5/5 if there was a bigger range for my club.

Seen this in there catalogue and it looked fantastic. Due to my size I ordered the xxl and when it arrived first impression was o. M. g. Perfect fit looks the bee's knees. This site is easy to use and navigate. Even I managed to get to the end without any hiccups lol. If I had a small criticism it would be the length of time it's taken to arrive but I think it might be ghat there's a rush on this particular shirt as you can expect.

Really wish I'd have read the reviews before I ordered. What a terrible company and service. Ordered two shirts that were in stock and next day delivery + emailed them to make sure they could deliver quickly. They then took two days to ship it, used Royal Mail 3+ days instead of next day and then lied about when they actually shipped it. No one replies to my emails and no phone support, terrible customer service. Much better off shopping at the big name sports shops.

Really pleased with printing of Senegal football t shirt I bought for a friend of mine's son. It is a little on the small side for a 12 year old but was listed as 12-14 & the largest one they sold. Quality looks good & delivery was fast. Thank you UK Soccer shop!

I guess I should be grateful that we received a jersey... late, after Christmas and about 6 sizes too small! I've tried unsuccessfully to reach out to company (even using their "sales" email that they claim is the channel to use with order issues) three times just asking for a copy of my order so I can see where the error was. Did they mess up the order or did I? It's clear to me now where the fault lies just given how useless they are in getting back to their customers. Looking back on their emails to me, they are all very "vague"--no order details, just a tracking number.

Working with PayPal to get my money back. Steer clear of UK Soccer Shop! They are a hot mess.

They advertise a different product on the website and I received a cheap $5 dollar shirt that didn't even match and misspelled the team name but still doesn't allow returns and no refunds. I had to wait over a month even though I paid extra for shipping.

Great quality product, it took a long time for the product to arrive, however I understand with Christmas and Covid there are big supply chain issues globally at present. However when I emailed to ask for an update the customer service team was very efficient and helpful. Would purchase from here again.

Ordering process was easy and my purchase was delivered in a couple of days - earlier than forecast. Quality seems good.
Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size (my own fault - I had been sent exactly what I had ordered). I emailed the company with a view to swapping the item for a larger size and received a reply very promptly. They have kindly agreed to swap the item even though normally the item I had purchased fell outside of their returns policy. Excellent customer service. Would easily give 5 stars once I receive replacement - not expected for a little while.

Avoid, they will take your money and your shipping fee regardless of it being expedited and will do everything they can to make excuses while they let you know the shipping rather than 2 to 3 days will be over a month and will not cancel an order that hasn't even fully processed. Forget about trying to plan around a holiday or in this case Christmas they will not follow through the customer service is awful.

Ordered a personal baby westham kit for my son. Absolutely brilliant quality with T-shirt, shorts and socks. Would definitely order again and website was easy to use. Only downside is slow delivery. Was options for fast delivery, however I think the printing was the slowest part.

Over three weeks I have sent multiple emails, their phone number doesn't get answered at all, pay a little more if you have to I've just lost £34 pounds plus returns postage as I requested a different size. The company will completely ignore you even if you have recorded delivery... don't be tempted. Please try their phone number before making a purchase. You will find that the number is unavailable, many many more customers reporting the same issue. I intend to report them
