I would like to know we're my order is I placed on the 26 June I paid 1-2 day delivery the money was taken from my account quick enough! I have emailed twice rang loads of times and even wrote a letter in I am disgusted that I have had no reply to any of these and I still have no answers to we're my order is! This was a present for my sons 9 the birthday on the 30th June as you can imagine he was very upset and I wasn't able to get him another as the money was taken from my account I am so annoyed that I have not been able to contact anyone directly!

File a complaint with UK action fraud. I did and if enough people do the same they may eventually investigate this company. They are thieves plain and simple. I also don't know how site jabber can rate them at 3 and a half stars when nearly 50% of reviews are negative.

Going through the same thing right now, ordered a week ago and paid for the 2 day delivery and still waiting. It was a present for Saturday too so I've spent extra for the quick delivery which was a waste and still had to go buy another present because this didn't arrive. Emailed them and they just fed me blatant lies- awful company!

I have the very bad experience with this UKSoccer. How come it can be still in operation and fool the customers. Bad Bad Bad Bad Bad!
