1 start is way too much for this excuse of an online shop. Do not use this "Company" I am mad with myself for not reading all of the negative reviews first, before I bought my son's " Christmas Present " from them.
False advertisement and misrepresentation right through the process.
You will have a better chance of getting your item if you get out the needle and thread yourself!

Overall, my experience with this shop is very good. The shopping itself was straightforward and the items were delivered within 2 days at the most. Also, the clothes prices seem to be reasonable as opposed to other sports shops. We need to exchange an item due to sizing, but they are helping us out with it, so again positive.
Ordered products arrived on time and in good condition. Only scored 4 as the shirts were in a simple plastic envelope so depending on what you are ordering, you may prefer something more robust but was fine for me.
I ordered a retro maradona shirt which is being sold as pre printed yet my tracking shows printing for past 2 weeks!

Delivered UK warehouse... rubbish as on my order details I unknowingly paid for standard AIRMAIL.
Made a complaint through PayPal and also contacted trading standards this morning as I've had no luck with emails!
Do not buy from these rip off artists. Charged me top dollar for jersey shipped to Canada but would not allow exchange when size was wrong. Expected me to buy another New Jersey at tine discount with no refund and then refused to allow me free shipping even though they were offering it as a special at the time. Completely uncooperative and unwilling to negotiate. Repeatedly failed to respond to correspondence. Don't get taken in like I did.
Ordered items for the world cup. All items were said to be in stock (and are still showing). Nearly two months later not received anything. Seller does not respond. Do not buy from these guys! Seeking legal help.

Received items in which had ordered, slight delay with second item due to awaiting delivery, website customer service did not appear to be working, but did receive reply to email few days later updating me on order status.
I bought international soccer kit for my son for Christmas and I used the size chart and their size for estimator and ended up getting wrong size. Contacted them they said we sent you what you ordered but I got no reply when I told them that I ordered the size depending on the information they provided in their website. Don't understand those business losing a customer that might buy from them for years to save 50 dollars
Ordered sons birthday present, once paid read the reviews and panicked!
Sent an email asking if my parcel would arrive as paid for express delivery, no reply in 24 hours and the telephone number provided just rang out, I went into a slight meltdown thinking I had been ripped off... but my parcel did arrive the next day and it was all correct, so my panic was for nothing, maybe this company have just had a blip with orders due to the World Cup I dont know. Would suggest trying to answer emails and phone calls a bit quicker to get you a better reputation and not worry customers as there are some really bad reviews on there that had I read before placing my order I would never have placed an order
Ordered and paid for a football kit for my son's birthday over 2 months ago. Shirt and socks arrived several weeks after ordered, but no shorts. After several emails over a 6 week period requesting an update, I finally get an email today saying the shorts are still not available. Visit their website and hey presto, it shows the shorts as"available now" in all sizes. So either they are lying to me or they are lying to you. Have used a number of other vendors before and never had any trouble at all. Won't ever use this company again.
Ordered 5 items 3 months ago. Got two of them the others valued at 160 are showing back-order. They're customer service is non-existent. No response to 3 e-mails and phone number is repeatedly "unavailable". Do not spend money with them. Lots of similar reviews.
Do not order from this company. I placed an order on 15/12/22 and got a dispatch email the following day with next day delivery. It's now 28/12/22 and it's not been delivered and tracking hasn't been updated. Evri say they have never received the parcel and Uksoccer shop customer service just make excuses about deliveries taking longer just now. I live close to their warehouse in Stepps so went along but it was deserted and security told me they always have people along looking for them who haven't received their orders.
I paid for next day delivery before realising that if its a printed football shirt they can't do next day. These delivery exceptions should be clear at the point you select delivery options or you should at least be prompted to read the exceptions first.
Item received over a week later but was exactly as described, great quality and I'm absolutely made up with it! (especially considering this was the only place online that I could find selling what I wanted). Defo recommend, just check delivery exceptions before ordering. In the companies defence I didn't complain, i just took the hit, maybe they would have refunded for delivery, who knows?
This is the only website I could find that would personalise shirt printing for my 4 yr old son, took a week to arrive but it's Christmas time so thought it was good delivery. Was kept Up to date on status. Can't wait For my son to open it at Xmas and see his face
Ordered 4 football jerseys for the World Cup on June 13, and paid £8.50 for Next Day delivery. I received confirmation Emil with tracking that does not work. I tried calling all their associated numbers, but no one replies, and sent two messages with no reply yet. It is June 19 and the gift is irrelevant now. I will have to call the credit card company and report them.

Easy enough to order online. Timescales from ordering to receiving within those shown online. Order progression updated so knew what was happening and not wondering if it would arrive in time as bought for a present.
Ordered a top for sons school Ukrainian day on a next day delivery and it still hasn't arrived, son went to school today very upset he wasn't able to support the course ( son is autistic) will not recommend this site, stay clear people you have been warned.
Great variety, sometimes out of stock though. I luckily found a t-shirt i had been looking for a long time, it hasn't arrived yet but I'm excited to get it. Highly recommended page, nice interface, good and different things. For sure I'll use the page again
