This will read like a comedy of errors, but it's a true story. I lent my CC to info to my friend for her to buy a specific book for school. That was it. She then used it to buy some kits... from Teamzo. Apparently they are ALSO UKSoccershop. That was awful enough as I did not authorise her to make those purchases, and she knew I would be naturally very cross once I found out she charged over 200 USD to my CC.
Anyway, to make a long story short, she put in my mailing address to ship plus my email as she has done that before when I've let her use the CC - as I want to have a record of every transaction sent to me. This time, she wanted the stuff sent elsewhere (obviously because she knew I did not give her permission to buy it and right now she is not staying at my house).
On 13 June, I get an email from my CC alerting irregular transactions - and lo and behold, I see something from UKSoccershop. I get hundreds of emails a day, so went back and first checked my email to see something from them and Teamzo.
After confronting my friend, she admitted to using my card without permission and I will be dealing with her regarding this. I then reached out to those people to let them know that this was a fraudulent transaction and I wanted to have it cancelled (or recalled) immediately.
They refused - even though I advised that I did not make this purchase and that I would have to open an investigation with my CC company. Anyway, here's my email:
Hello, there: I am the actual card holder and I did not authorise this transaction with your company. This was only brought to my attention when I received notification from my credit card company concerning recent unusual transactions and I now see this communication from you upon going through my emails. I personally do not buy kits from your site. It appears you have nonetheless dispatched whatever was ordered as I received another email from your company today advising it has been shipped!
As it seems like you don't cancel anything - even in the case of fraud, I will have to initiate a dispute with my CC company on this, but wanted to know if you have the ability to recall this immediately or not?"
Simple query, yes? Well, here's how the lovely and professional Simon responded:
"We don't unfortunately, we can't stop them with the shipping company now. (Oh really? I have never heard of that... I order online from all over the world and depending on when you contact them, they can sometimes initiate a recall... and re-ship if needed... I have worked in customer service before and the fashion company I worked for did this all the time. And if someone said it was fraud and wanted an order cancelled, we would be scrambling to get it recalled - as there are those cases where people stole things. In my case, I don't want the stuff at all!)
You have changed your story as in the original email you said you did order from Teamzo, which is where your order is being shipped to. (This doesn't make any sense - if that order is being shipped to "Teamzo" then its not going anywhere, is it? Plus, my stupid friend sent them a ticket request asking to cancel before shipment to avoid this whole mess) It now seems you are going to lie to your card company. (No, not really. I told them exactly what happened) You have no legal right to cancel the shirts, we have an email from you stating you made the order and you will be committing fraud if you initiate a dispute. (No, not really, either. Yes, in her ticket she mentioned she made an order and wanted to cancel it immediately afterwards and as for "legal rights"... I am not doing anything illegal. They should not have gone ahead and shipped this fraudulent order).
If you back down from your threats to commit fraud, we may consider taking them back, but this will be purely on goodwill. (Now who's threatening who? And they will be taking them back... if they ever really arrive). If there is even a hint of a threat or any form of abuse in any future email from you, we will forward your emails to our card processors, win the dispute and you'll be stuck with the shirts. (Tsk, tsk... stuck with the shirts? I don't think so... and I really doubt any "card processor" would side with this nonsense especially with the email evidence I have... unless if they're as dodgy as UKSoccershop aka Teamzo...)
We have a zero tolerance for scammers. (This was really amusing as they should not be talking about scammers. Last I checked if a purchase was made fraudulently and the customer is asking for cancellation, that's not a scam. Furthermore, if this stuff does arrive, I'm sending it back as I didn't order it and have no intention of keeping it. That's theft and I have no reason to steal anything! Unlike them who are dodgy...)
We are reasonable people though and if you are reasonable with us, we will be reasonable with you. (Of course - if reasonable equals making pathetic threats).
What a prat. I had a good laugh, but seriously. As of now, the fraud dept. is looking into it, my soon to be former friend is owing me over 200 USD (plus cost to ship this stuff back if it actually arrives), and it's been a very amusing past few days. I have not even deigned this with a response and will blow them off for the next few days or so. Let's see what happens in the meantime...
On the 30th April 2016 I ordered a football shirt off the website uksoccershop.com. The order came to the total of $83.23 and was charged to my account on the 4th May 2016.
I was initially concerned when I didnt receive a confirmation email of my purchase (I checked the spam folder too). Luckily however, I did take a screenshot of the confirmation page before I closed it.
The order number allowed me to log into the companys website and confirm my order information. My first thought was that the shirt was still in dispatch, and that it hadn't been shipped yet.
However, when I logged the website showed that it was shipped (supposedly anyway) on the 3rd May 2016. After ruling out that the football gods had cursed me for ordering an LA Galaxy shirt I investigated further and clicked the option to track my order.
I was given a tracking number and redirected to the Royal Post Office website. I entered the tracking number into the Royal Post Office website and to my horror it displayed an error term telling me that there was no such number.
My next course of action was to reach out to the company directly and inquire about the problem. UKSoccerShop.com doesnt give you a direct email address, or provide a phone number, however it does have an integrated message system on their website.
I created a ticket on the 10th May 2016 and Im yet to receive a response. Ive created several tickets since then, and theyve all been ignored too. Finally I reached out to them on their Facebook page.
I did get a response here asking for my full shipping address, but nothing in the form of an apology from the company. I provided the shipping address requested but heard nothing back. I sent them a few more messages, and nothing still.
The great thing about Facebook is that it informs you if the participant has seen your message (my girlfriend loves this feature...). Sure enough they had read all my messages and just ignored them.
Please avoid this company at all costs! Their customer service is appalling, I still haven't received the money back for my shirt and I've had to take actions up with my bank. Hopefully they can resolve the issue.
UPDATE:
After writing this review uksoccershop.com finally reached out to me trying to resolve the issue. In up keeping with their terrible service they didn't resolve the issue, and actually accused me of fraud instead. Fortunately, I provided plenty of evidence supporting my claim to my bank and they were able to get me the refund.
It just goes to show what a terrible company this truly is. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, they tried to turn the tables and accuse me instead.
Please find uksoccershop.com messages below, their customer service speaks for itself.

Yes my order number is 61XXXX.

Hi,
The information you have posted in the review does not tie up. We received the order back with a cheque requesting a change of size, so your review does not make sense.
Regards,
Scott
Alex B. Wrote: -------------------------
Hi,
No, I never sent the order back requesting a change of size. In fact I never received the order in the first place.
Please would you be able to provide me proof of this?
Thank you,
Alex
Hi Alex,
As things stand, you have issued a fraudulent chargeback and put false and slanderous reviews on the internet. As a result, we will not be discussing this further with you and will be disclosing the proof directly to the relevant authorities.
Regards,
Simon"
