Way back, ordered some jerseys from this site. Very good selection, able to customize, decent prices, decent shipping (I assume from the UK to North America), no complaints. A few years ago, ordered about 5 or so jerseys, most on sale, for different teams in different leagues. I believe 2 were delivered, the others, although listed as being in stock, weren't and after many back and forth emails, finally received a refund. Oh yes, they love to take your money right away, knowing that they don't have the product in stock. After this experience, avoided this site like the plague. In November of 2016, decided to look for 2 jerseys, customize them, unfortunately wasn't able to find them anywhere other than this site. Showed as being in stock (to this day still does), was charged the cost of the kits, customization and away we go. Now I wasn't in a hurry to receive the jerseys, no big deal until I realized they were back-ordered. Had a flashback of my previous order with this joke of a company. So I wait, and wait, send emails, asking about when the expected delivery date is. They kept saying the same thing, 'we asked the distributor and are waiting for a response'. Always the same answer. Must be an automated system? Horrible customer service, alas, non-existing. Finally, last week January 2017, I ask to speak with his/her manager? Am given *******@aol.com email address and Simon as the name of the manager. Send an email with basically a history of the events, 7 days later and still haven't received an answer. Today, I decide to check the order status on their site and it was cancelled in December. How do you show that there is stock, when there isn't, charge a customer when you know there is no product and that delivery won't be made for sometime, if at all, cancel the order with no notification and then have your customer service rep/bot continue with this lying to a customer? Today, I have sent an email for a full refund, have called my cc company notifying them of what happened and expect a full refund. This company, is a fraud. They have horrendous business practices for a web company and I will never be back.

I have only given 4 stars as the item i ordered was not in stock and they were awaiting a delivery before they could deliver to me. I had to e-mail and ask why my delivery had not arrived rather than them informing me. They replied immediately and the item arrived when they said it would.

I ordered a shirt on next day delivery because I needed it urgently.
It took over a week to arrive.
This firstly was very frustrating as I had paid a extra for the next day delivery service- if this had not been possible why was I not contacted?
Whilst waiting for the shirt I unable to find any updates via my tracking info.
I sent a query message via the website ( as I couldn't find a contact number anywhere) to ask for an update which was never replied to.
Overall it was a very frustrating experience - a simple update would have made all the difference

Scumbags

A)5 stars 1 review has been written by someone from uksoccershop.
B)If they send you wrong size or there is something missing consider yourself lucky and move on.
C)If you send your item back you will never see another one or hear from them again.
D)If after 2-3 wks you still don't have your item call your bank straight away and they will get your money back for you. That is how I got my money back!

Bad customer service
December 25, 2016

My order was pending for one week. After contacting customer service, as I simply wanted to know if I was going to get my shirt on time for Christmas, someone told me he was going to look at my order and get back to me. Even though I have sent two e-mails, this person never replied. Shirt is very good, and fortunately I got it just the 24th, but I was in doubt until the last minute. I work in customer service, and I felt yours extremely rude.

U. K. soccer shop giving false and not true information about tracking number.
This number is not registered and cannot be recognized by the Royal Post.

I'll be honest we had bought a kit from another retailer (sports direct) who had cancelled our order without informing us three days before Xmas. Obviously needing said present for my son, we ordered from UKSS and within 24hrs it came and we are now ready for Christmas. Thank you to all at UKSS for ensuring my son gets exactly what he wants for Xmas and not disappointed.

I ordered a soccer jersey from a company called teamzo.com for my nephew in October to make it for Christmas. It shipped and I tracked this item through November. The item traveled throughout the US and it was sent back to a processing facility in the Netherlands late November. Usps let me know the seller would have to contact this facility because it was in the Netherlands. After several emails to the company they told me they would let me know when they received it back. Weeks went by and I reached out by email three times with no response from the company. In the mean time I tried to order this item through Uksoccer.com who showed it in stock on thier website. I received an email back saying it was out of stock and they would issue a refund that would show up 3-5 business days. Those days went by with no credit so I emailed them and discovered teamzo and Uksoccer were the same company. The guy that responded was very nice and said it was a mistake they never issued the credit for the item out of stock and they would make sure it went through. I took the opportunity to tell him about the other product which had been sitting at the processing facility for 21 days at this point an told him I wanted my money back. No email back for this one... I filed a complaint through my company and was finally issued the credit for the product not received. Very frustrating experience but very pleased with my credit card company. I will not buy anything through either website again.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I ordered a top and paid that showed as in stock. I was then emailed to say the top was not in stock and would I like to pay more for a different one.

Item is still showing on website and is available to purchase. If not in stock they shouldn't still be selling it. If not in stock they should not take payment.

Website has no contact details, no address, no phone numbers, all seems a bit odd to me.

Beware and be sure to check other reviews.

Purchased a 1960's retro Newcastle United top for my dad for Christmas. He was a medium and not a large. So I tried to find a contact number to tell them I was wantin to send it back and exchange it for a medium and found two numbers - a mobile and a landline. But neither work as numbers. Nobody picks up calling *******221 or ******* *******. It just continues to ring and ring. How can I contact them if neither numbers work?

Be careful if you need your item to be delivered fast. I ordered a kids football kit which took 2 weeks to be delivered (despite being listed as in-stock for the duration), when I contacted customer services they simply said they were waiting for a new delivery.
