I recently ordered a personalised football top for my nephew. The top was a genuine product licences by the football team. Placing the order online was straightforward and it was very easy to add information for personalising. Delivery was quick, although there was no update to inform me the item had been dispatched after it was awaiting printing. Overall though, a great quality product with a good service. Thanks!
Ordered a boys barcelona tracksuit before christmas, was told the following day out of stock i would be refunded 74.41, so i ordered another tracksuit 66.97 with a 4-6 delivery in time for xmass, never came, never answered my emails, only for paypal i dont think i would have ever gotten my money back for both amounts, had to go through disputes and claims, eventually got money back months later.Don't order here.
Look anywhere else if buying football rig outs as a present for birthdays or Christmas. This company will take your money, tell you that your stuff has been shipped and that is the last you will hear. Handed over 42 sterling for a rigout 3 months in advance of my 4 year olds birthday last sept.Its as if they where a fly by night crowd, non contactable. I followed their complaint/refund procedure by hand writing a letter to their 'head office' in Hamilton. THIEVES.

I had a question about a product I wanted to order and it was difficult to get through to the company by phone. However I emailed them with my query and got a reply the same day. I then proceeded to order the products I wanted and found the process easy. The goods arrived and all was okay.

Although UK Soccer Shop has a good selection, twice they shipped personalized items that were the wrong size and they refused to accept them back because they were personalized. It was their fault that they did not fit! There is no phone number and no way to speak to a person about the service.
Ordered a jacket in XXXL... was given a refund as it wasn't in stock. Which, to be fair was given very quickly. Husband decided he wanted the smaller one, so ordered XXL... the XXXL was still showing in stock... have emailed company as order was placed TEN days ago and still no update, according to account summary it is awaiting to be picked! Will not be ordering again. No communication, no help, no assistance! Dreadful.
Ordered a top on behalf of my 6 year old son using his Christmas money on the 7th January top arrived later than said but hey it still arrived better than some other poor people who used this company but the lettering wasn't printed correctly and was peeling off emailed company they requested photos sent photos the sent returns form and tracking info item was sent back they received it on 19th January emailed daily to find out what's going on to be fobbed off they now say they sent it back no tracking number Ive not received it and ignoring emails! Tried to claim refund but so far unsuccessful! Next step trading standards Disgusting company! Hope your proud of yourselves uksoccershop stealing £54 of a 6 year old child!

I didn't actually get the answer I wanted (I couldn't return an item because I'd cut the tag off) but they dealt with my query quickly and I got the original item two days after I ordered it. So, pretty professional!
My Grandson was over the moon with his Ronalado Tshirts. I was very pleased with the service my daughter said the quality of the product was good too.
Had a couple of issues where the item I ordered wasn't in stock and didn't receive my refund initially but they were very helpful in sorting things out once I spoke to them and managed to order an alternative item that arrived quickly which they also gave me free postage on due to the issues. Would have no qualms using them again.

I've made an order on 18th of November from UKsoccershop and I still have no details about it. I didn't receive nothing during 2 months so I asked for a full refund as written in their invoice, but unfortunately without results.
They don't respond me on facebook, no feedback to my hundreds e-mails, as you can see they already blocked me on twitter.
This company is a fraud. They have horrendous business practices for a web company.
