Wearing to uber custom they're charging twice and unknown charge when you call they don't have good customer service first second don't have office in columbus ohio I don't know why they don't have office in city of columbus ohio that is the reason! Be careful my all my friend and my social media if you need any rights please use Yellow Cab or lyft because I have experience thank you so much my advice!
So the uber estimate said that it should cost me no more then $4. Well I went 1.94 of a mile an the lady charged me 4.85$ 85 cents more then the intended price. I went 2.2 miles an back for 4$ just a week ago. This is preposterous for 4.85$ I could have just Walked or taken the bus an it be cheaper to go to an from my location. They ripped me off I will never do uber again
Definitely the best ground transportation service in Arizona! Tonight, I requested a pick up to and and a return from an Arizona Coyote game. Both drivers, Thomas and Daniel arrived within 5 minutes of my requests. Thomas picked me up in Scottsdale and brought me to the Arena and Daniel drove me back to Scottsdale.
Both drivers were extremely professional and polite. Their cars were very clean. All around, this was an excellent experience. The best part of all was the price, as I have taken many cabs and I believe Uber is by far the best priced company for what you get. Also, I did not smell like a cab when I exited their vehicles.
I will never use another company for a local ride.

Literally dont even want to give them 1 star but i have too so I get an email from Uber stating that I was overcharged, and they added the overcharge to my account. If I wanted the refund added back to my card to contact the help section in the app and talk to customer support, well i talked to Clarice and she tells me that there is no way for me to get a refund? Why would I receive an email telling me in detail just to contact them within 90 days and they will add it to the card on file. She was very rude and i will not being using Uber for anything again!

It's nice to know that you're too slow to know that you pulled up to the wrong building and didn't bother to inform anyone which building you were at. But you did have the nerve to cancel the ride for your mess up. But it's typical of a lazy driver who doesn't want to do their job. Funny how that works, if you don't like your job and you can't do it correctly then find a different job.
Do not do absolutely anything for this company. They're a rip off! You can accept a delivery trip for $8.25, but after you've driven 47 minutes, they're going to pay you $2.25! Civil lawsuit soon! So, yea, drive a little! I'm just saying!
Called and Uber black car to get my husband and me to DFW airport. The estimate for the premium black car was $91.00 but we decided to go for it this one time. We went the 20 miles from downtown Dallas to DFW in about 40 minutes since it was 7:00 in the morning. When I got settled on our plane I checked my account to see that they had charged me $152.00! I have been going back and forth with them for a week now and all I get is "The fare you were charged is within our estimate for a trip from your pickup location to destination. As a result, the fare was not adjusted." Even though I have told them it was NOT what they estimated, I continued to get the same reply 4 different times. I finally just cancelled my account. There was no other recourse except to now tell my story so someone else won't get ripped off like I was! By the way, the taxi ride back during evening rush hour was $50.00!
I'm not sure how this company operates, but I'm not a frequent user of Uber and probably used them 3 times which is a stretch, over the course of a few years. I tried accessing my account for UberEats and was told my account was suspended and will not be lifted due to a violation. They gave me no notice, no warning, nothing. I then asked what was violated, the time and date and they sent me the terms and conditions. I asked again and received another response, the suspension will not be lifted. I'm glad I don't use them at all and I never heard of a suspension on an account that's not used and no one can tell you how or when you violated a code/terms and conditions. I'm not sure what's going on with a lot of these companies lately but the service has been UNDER the ground.
My upfront price was $44.56 last night when I got out of the car at my destination. I woke up this morning to at price of $71.71. I did not authorize that amount. I wish to be refunded, and to have my account closed. I will not tolerate shenanigans. I will also write a review about this incident, and I will look for a class action law suite against Uber.

Used Uber Eats 1 time in Atlanta GA, now my card has been used for other transactions to Uber. No way to let Uber know the possibility of their drivers selling credit information. Will never use this service again!
I use Uber a few times to pick me up between 5:30 am and 5:45 am for work. Someone came each time... on time. I scheduled a pickup 4 hours ahead of time and no one came and Uber didn't send me a message telling me no one would come. I missed work today. If they had told me no one was coming like they supposed to do, then I could've call around for a taxi. Uber is not trustworthy. Don't confirm something if you are not sure, Uber.

Instead of our place I saw him just sitting there so I walked over and asked was he Jose then at the same time a very rude obese woman walks over and says no he's here for me! Jose says My husband time ran out because he didn't come out five minutes ago…so I'm here for her! No apology no nothing! We waited in the hot sun for 30 minutes no show! Arrogant and very rude and a lack of professionalism! Let alone my husband is very disabled sitting out in the sun with his oxygen TANK!
I took an Uber from O'Hare airport in chicago to downtown.
The fare price was $74.16. However they charged on my car 104.15, after I complained they changed the fare to $106
I used Uber for business and now I will change to Lyft and give them a try
We caught our Uber driver stealing our phone in Las Vegas. Uber did nothing to resolve the situation. And then they sent us an email stating they investigated and the case was closed. Please take Lyft or a taxi.
I just spent 45 minutes of my life trying to simply update password and my 'Home' information on the Uber phone App. What an absolute joke.
I was in a hurry to get somewhere and made the huge mistake of trying to give this company another chance... all they managed to do was to waste my time.

Two weeks before a concert I was taking my family to I scheduled an Uber reservation for pick up and drop off at the concert. I also scheduled the pick up from the concert to return home. Our driver taking us there was great, showed up early and got us closer than we planned. However, the return ride got cancelled 10 minutes after we were supposed to be picked up. Stranding my entire family until after Midnight until magically they found a driver when I had to make another request, but instead of the $45 rate I reserved, I had to pay $150 to get us home. Word of caution! Making a reservation does not guarantee a ride even though it should be considered a contract. F Uber. Never using them again. I'll pay the extra and guarantee service by using a private driving company.
I waited over 20 mins for 3 different uber drivers. I got charged the cancellation fee because my stupid driver cancelled on me as it looked like on the app he was getting lost. He made like 3 u turns on the street before giving up and said I never popped out for my pickup. I'm on a public st by the bus stop. Other people were getting picked up by uber on the same corner I was and they all got their rides faster than me. The reason why uber didn't return my refund is because it past the 30 days which I understand but I didn't get my notification until it was too late and on top of that they said the fee is to compensate the driver for his time spent driving to my location. Are you kidding me? Driver never showed up. He most likely picked up another rider on the way. I was at a crowded baseball event. If we can track the driver on the uber app, uber should be able to track to see if the driver ever arrived to the pickup location. What a joke.
I tried to schedule a trip for Sunday. When I went into the app to schedule a ride, it immediately dispatched a driver. I pressed cancel on the app several times with no results. I then saw who the driver was and called her. She thanked me and didn't come. 5 minutes later, another Uber driver came. He cancelled the trip after hearing my issue asking that the customer not be charged. Two minutes later another driver came. I then was charged a cancellation fee.
Why do you continue to overcharge rides and call it a cancellation fee. I never moved from my original site. Uber driver stopped several blocks away, then turned around and left and stuck me with a $5 cancellation fee. He cancelled me, not me cancelling him.
Don't use Uber, taxi. We have used Uber for the last 2 years over Covid and now these people are price gouging. I would encourage everyone to stop using a company that does this. They want me to use 100 words to talk about them and every word I have now is a negative one and hope people price out other options before using Uber.
