If you pay a premium as paid customer you can bolster even the worst company to 4 star rating.
The site lets companies pull down real reviews for the flimsiest of reasons.
I recently wanted to leave negative feedback about a complany I used. But I have been bombarded with requests from trustpilot for evidence of my negative expericence. Otherwise they will remove your feedback. How can you trust a website that happily lets the positive feeback go up without checking but scutinises the negative. I have been reading the positive remarks and they are so fake and look like the company have entered them themselves. I have now gone out of my way to sent trustpilot sceenshots so lets see if my negative feeback stays up.
Placed an order with studio on the 27th August 2023. Contacted studio on line on the 8th September and was told my order would be delivered in a few days. It's now the 5th October and still no goods. Now being told I need to pay by the 7th October and if I don't pay then I will have to pay charges. Why should I pay for goods I haven't received. I will never shop with studio again.
While in the midst of activating my New Credit Card, KPK2J.com as an "AD" compromised the Site...As a result the Card could not be activated...So l am now waiting for a new card...l have checked the Site on Google..."TELLS ME GIRLS HAVING FUN"?...Anyone else know anything about this Company?...
I recently had an experience with Trustpilot that I feel compelled to share, as I believe transparency is crucial what they preach about when it comes to online review platforms. My main concern revolves around what seems to be a shadowbanning practice, which I find quite unsettling and disgusting.
It appears that Trustpilot may be implementing shadowbanning as a method to control the visibility of certain reviews. Shadowbanning, for those unfamiliar, is a technique where content is hidden from users without notifying the poster. This raises significant ethical questions about the platform's commitment to fostering genuine and unbiased reviews. We tested this in several ways and it indeed appears that certain reviews disappear like this.
While I understand the need for moderation and ensuring the quality of content, shadowbanning undermines the very essence of open and honest feedback. Users should be informed if their reviews are being suppressed, allowing for transparency and an opportunity to address any potential issues.
Trustpilot should reconsider the use of such practices and adopt a more transparent and ethical approach to content moderation. Users deserve a platform that values their opinions and ensures a fair and open environment for sharing feedback.
I reported a review on a company and they asked it to be removed as they said it wasn't a valid review. They asked for proof I dealt with the company provided a response email that had references # as well as a claim number. TRUSTPILOT asked for browser history to prove I visited the site. TrustPilot can't be trusted.
Good morning these guys from truspilot are some dirty people who take money from companies not to post their reviews and delete at least thousand deleted 3 accounts so I can no longer write to doctorunlock.net which is one and the same company with directunlocks with Appleiphoneunlock.uk and imeiphone.net and anyone will post badly they will delete your reviews but we should report or post nothing on truspilot so as to not take more money from google
If you leave negative reviews they just delete them but allow scam companies to put up hundreds of fake positive reviews so not a review site to be trusted as they are not honest or fair
I went to TrustPilot to review dating sites. I had some bad experiences with pay per letter sites. I had information on women who worked at these sites and were paid by agencies to be there. I wanted to warn other men before they spent thousands of dollars without getting any contact with women who actually wanted to date them. And after losing so much money, they would never get any refund or adequate response from customer service. I reviewed a couple of sites. At TrustPilot, you can't even post the evidence proving your claims. You can only write about your experiences. Of course, the scam sites challenged my experiences. And trustpilot on the say so of scammers and liars alone, removed my reviews. I have documentation on what I purchased. I have documentation on my discussions with technical support. They don't care. So if you are looking to use an online site to review services, that is the last place to look. They even removed the positive reviews of the sites that were honest.
That isn't just backwards, that is actively trying to get your clients scammed or hurt.
Please do not trust trustpilot. 99% of reviews are fake, I've tried to leave feedback as regards to Parcel2Go.com but they are always removed. More than likely these companies are connected.
Untrustworthy site. Companies pay for high ratings. If a company does not pay trustpilot they can have a 2/5, or poor rating, even though 95% of the company reviews are 5/5.
I have travelled the world and like to leave reviews for other travellers. This site banns all my reviews that are low stars, this site is a fraud do not use
After sending proof that the company Flower Delivery Express had rip me off. This "consumer review site" kept insisting that my review wasn't based on facts and was just looking for a positive report about the company. If you look this company in other sites, it's full of scam reports like mine, but Trustpilot only has POSITIVE reviews about Flower Delivery Express. DO NO TRUST THEM! Obviously they are working in favor of companies and not the customers. I can only wonder if Trustpilot receives monetary gain from the companies they are "reviewing".
When a hosting company, Contabo, supported a site that stole my written content, I posted a bad review of them on Trustpilot. Contabo left a condescending reply and never responded to my abuse report email. A month, almost exactly a month after I wrote this review, I receive an email from a "content integrity" mod from Trustpilot that they will hide the review if I don't provide proof of direct interactions with Contabo. See, this is actually brilliant, because if the issue with the company is that never respond to complaints of illegal behavior, you can't condemn them because you never had a proper dialogue with them! And the images I did have of them interacting with my review weren't enough, which was as close as I had to interaction. Frustrated and demoralized after trying to reason with Trustpilot for three days, all while learning someone I knew died from COVID, I deleted my account.
Do not trust these cowboys.
I wrote a review for one of the companies, the company requested a proof of purchase, after Emails back and forth the company denied the transactions even after providing the proofs.
Then the untrustable trustpilot asked for a a proof of purchase, after I provided them with 2 they said that the transaction was over 12 months and they removed the review from their site.
I don't find this to be a honest practice, especially with the authotorian way they use in their emails talking down to me, and their rep wasn't friendly in his emails and lacks basics like addressing me with my name.
After they removed my review I noticed that all the negative reviews for that trader have been removed, I bit he paid them a good bribe to use these non-cosher practices.
Do not trust this website.
They are saying dont use trust pilot and optomum no more and its not a small list its almost the united states. And taking words like Ideot and stupid out of the equasion ill bet i get half your custermers I dont care what words they use google picks them up and lists words like Ideot and stupd because the know how the people are and its true
Just read this article about them: https://www.seotraininglondon.org/can-you-trust-trustpilot/
Better yet, check the Better Business Bureau, they currently have 1.8 stars there. Trust Pilot uses Review Gating and other corrupt techniques to help flailing businesses. They invite people who they think had positive experiences with the company to give a review to help a flailing business, such as Ancestry.com. This company was underwater and in the last few years from overzealous website changes. In the past few days, weeks and months, they have thousands of 5 star reviews, many of them marked "invited". Nothing special changed with Ancestry, they destroyed their website with new changes that make it more difficult to manage and give you carpal tunnel from all the clicks required now. You can see other sites that have poor reviews elsewhere will have good reviews on Trust Pilot. They have gone the way of corruption and letting corporation buy reviews, as most leftist/woke organizations have done. We can't have truth today with liberals, we must lie to people to force an outcome. Frankly, I stopped voting Democrat after this cancel culture/woke craze. I want my country back!
I have tried to post the death threats and photos which the owners/shareholders Montoya, Mendoza, and Luis of BEDPAGE.COM have been sending us but trustpilot is serving the criminals by removing our post. We have tried it three times but they have been removing it by stating that it goes against their policy.
What kind of review platform regularly takes down poor reviews? Do not trust these censored reviews. They are the only one to give a company i was researching a favorable review now i know why!
I posted a negative review of myperfectresume.com after being taken advantage of and lied to by this business. My review stayed on Trustpilot for three weeks while the business tried to sweet talk me into changing my opinion, and when they failed, the review was quickly taken down. The reason was that it contained the words "sleazy" and "scam", which according to Trustpilot may cause offense or otherwise break the laws. Judge for yourself if their statement may be true.
The other point they mentioned as a reason for removing my review was that I didn't provide my information to verify it. This is simply untrue, because in the previous email I received from Trustpilot for the same reason, I have given them the account number and order number. The fact that my information was simply forgotten or misteriously discarded as fake really suggests Trustpilot is engaging in some kind of shady review control in favor of this business, which may explain the staggering number of generic one liner positive reviews it has, from accounts that have posted only one review (bot accounts).
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
