I clearly saw driver WHILE i was texting him in app.
He kep pretending not to see me and drove past me as I'm texting him to please stop and deliver my food.
He then finally drove off.
I see that my order was then canceled! And I was charged a fee to boot!
I figured out what happened, he pretended that he never got a reply from me.
He also claimed ot call me, but no calls received.
Completely disgusting lack of help from instacart support
They would rather cover for bad shoppers than keep customers.
You're all replaceable since Instacart is still making money had over fist because of Pandemic.
So now I have to wait 5-10 days for this huge charge to come off my credit card AND this creep gets ot keep MY food!

  • Chewy

Until recently I promoted Chewy to many people. I've spent the bulk on my income taking good care of my rescue pets. Spent over 25k or more at Chewy over the years.
Over the last two months new CSR people have joined and they're horrible.
They clearly don't care about pets or chewy customers. They appear to ALL be located in Hollywood Florida area.
Meanwhile other support in places such as Ohio are really nice and caring.

I've now had Jasmyne J and Kencarla D. Give awful support and also lie in their answers. One said they had to have the spilled damaged item I received fully returned and the other claims that fed ex will accept WET damp and rotting food back as long as its in a cardboard box.

Meanwhile a nice lady named Jillian helped me and didn't give crazed answers

I don't know why Chewy gave up on their model of offering great support.

Petco and other smaller delivery services, HERE I COME!

Tip for consumers:
Don't order any item that might break in shipping or be damaged. chewy doesn't pack thing properly anymore. sad.

Products used:
need replacement cat food

Wonderful products. Quite sad that we lost Dr Brandt to depression a few years back. Advice on using his products. A little goes a very long way.

If you pay a premium as paid customer you can bolster even the worst company to 4 star rating.
The site lets companies pull down real reviews for the flimsiest of reasons.

  • Flippa.com

Flippa is NOT a financial institution nor does it handle money like bitcoin exchanges.
Inspite of that they're insanely requesting KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER selfies with govt id to be uploaded. Flippa takes payment to list websites and domains on their site. They also take a success fee. But they are not PROCESSING these payments. Escrow dot com and paypal handle the payments and distributing success fees to Flippa. Escrow and Flippa already have their own vetting controls. They have a right to since they are financial orgs. Flippa is not. Flippa's one go at trying to handle payments failed last year. They used assembly payments platform but never bother to get proper money transmitter licenses in the united states. Texas found this out and fined them a few years ago.
So flippa for a money transmitter license in Texas, but never bothered to get licenses in any other state apparently.
So here we have a company that does not currently handle ANY aspect of financial transaction processing but wants KYC info? Nope, not kosher. And now in addition to selfie requests, they want LIVENESS scans. Hilarious.
And Flippa already verifies that sellers own the domains and websites they sell.
There are reports on namepros that flippa is taking listing fees and then suspending sellers who don't verify with selfies.
According USA govt agencies, this is improper.
Even more concerning is the company flippa is using for KYC verification. Sum/sub, a russian company that pretends to be based in London. Their London address shows a maildrop service. With all the meddling in
USA elections by Russia, it's very disturbing for a Russian company to have possession of so many American ids!
It's much more suspicious that nearly all employees are in Russia, but they're tricking people that they're a london company. Sorry Flippa, no SANE Americans want to send their ids AND selfies with ids to a company who appears to have a son of PUTlN IN CHARGE!
So to all potential and current flippa customers, do NOT upload any selfie ids for Flippa.

Customer service provided by Malignant Narcissists

The concept of Flippa is great. The website itself is pretty smooth. Sure the fees are horrid.

But it attracts great traffic.

The issue of why I rated it a minus 1 trillion stars is because of some very disturbed and arrogant people in their customer service (read "Marketplace Integrity")

For whatever curious reason, senior management stands behind a couple malignant narcissists who are ruining their reputation.

Good customer service is calm, polite and swift.

Flippa's customer service is slow as can be and a couple agents are nasty and disturbed pieces of work. Capricious to the extreme.

I am a therapist by trade and am familiar with people who feed off of power tripping and creating enemies.

Malignant Narcissists delight in frustrating people and are HAPPY about ruining people's days and lives.

I suggest that senior management removes these well known curmudgeons.

Too bad people are no vetted on this site. Checkbook has many bad contractors with glowing reviews.
I think they prey upon the elderly.

  • D2CSHOP

6/19/17

Starting to see ads for this pop up all over.
Nexperian Holding Limited IS LISTED in the whois as owner.
Fake AF company in China.
I can't wait to see all the bad reviews roll in.
The first review is a fake 5 star from company itself.
