Wrote an unfavourable review re a business that failed to meet delivery date. Review seems to have disappeared ( perhaps at request of business owne? R). I now find it impossible to access trustpilot... have I been barred and, if so, is that a good look for a review company?
After a year since posting initial reviews, my reviews of eBay and Trustpilot on Sitejabber have around 10.8k views (from 7.8k), and on Trustpilot they have 624 views (from 604, that is 624 views for both Trustpilot, Kucoin and another company). What is going on?
More than a year and half later (Jan. 23,2025), the numbers for Sitejabber are around 20.3k combined, and for Trustpilot they are 625 combined. Trustpilot is a joke...
Having to do with trustpilot both as customer but also as site owner, I can only warn everybody of you to never use or trust this site.
Customer: Write a negative review and provide evidence. If the company pays trustpilot then it gets deleted immediatley and you cannot change anything irrespective of evidence.
Business owner: Trustpilot creates a profile for you and creates negative reviews. Once you want them removed, they pressure you to give them money or they let it be like that.
This site is a joke they should rename the company untrustpilot, you write a review and prove you were a customer only for them to delete it further down the line so of course you write another review only for them to ask for more documentation so you send it again to be told its not within 12 months of review yes that is because you removed first review for no reason or payment from company reviewed, they are well known now and are fake as you can get, the reviews on here say it all
Their "advanced, customized software" flagged my good review for a company because the said software couldn't verify the authenticity of the service I claimed to have gotten. When I was filling out the review, the site did not have additional steps/questions for additional information that I could provide in order to prove that I really got the service I was reviewing.
If they are deleting reviews, then the total ratings shown on their site for businesses is not a true reflection of what it really should be. Too bad I cannot rate this site as a "zero" star, so I am settling with the one star which is very generous.
This review company called Trustpilot is a very biased company. I reviewed another company on their website a few months ago and they recently removed my review. I found out that the company I reviewed paid a bribe to Trustpilot.com so they could remove all negative reviews and only add positive ones. On top of this I found out they are racist against people of color.
The fact is the truth hurts. And us as the public are not allowed to give our feedback and experience. This because these individuals who are a bad apple are giving these organisations a bad reputation. So pleased don't tell me about integrity of the contents public write about these organisations.
Maybe if these organisations did there jobs as they're supposed to, then these organisations would not get such bad publicity.
I have a right to express my experiences, due to the fact this how these organisations behave. I'm only speaking the truth.
And trust pilot did publish my experiences because I have the evidence to prove it. So why did trust pilot publish my experiences?
Don't journalists publish facts of certain individuals? So why have reviews if no one is allowed to use their bad experiences.

Thanks for your time, and I would like your complaints procedures.
Many thanks.
I had a very bad experience with lovehoney.com, I wrote to them to complain, but I also wanted to warn other's, they had a link in their e-mail for Tustpilot, well I tried & tried again to sign up with them using all known contact possibilities to no avail.
Finally after signing up as a new member on Trustpilot.com I should have gotten a confirmation email from them to activate my new account,... Never got it, have checked spam folder too.
Nothing, Nada,... fake website as best I can tell.
The queer thing that got my attention was the website I was trying to review (lovehoney.com) was directing me to trustpilot.com for making a review, but I could not do it.
I think both companies are very suspect. I have written to lovehoney.com to let them know I will never do business with them again, and now that I can see trustpilot.com is corrupt, I will stay away from any website that uses trustpilot.com
I got suspended for no reason? It's it was a bug or trustpilot was acting dumb if it's was a bug they need to fix it if it trustpilot was acting dumb I do nothing about it i don't know why this happened
I posted a negative review of Trust wallet after they stole my wallet and Trustpilot flagged it as unverified. I replied and explained how crypto apps works as wallets and that there wasn't an account associated with them, just my wallet with the recovery phrase. I sent them a screenshot of my wallet as proof and 3 days later still no response.
I'm not the only one with this problem, many others have posted about these issues with Trust wallet and Trustpilot. They are, just like Glassdoor, in cahoots with each other. Trust wallet has been on a rampage flagging reviews they don't like as spam and Trustpilot has followed suite despite evidence of the review being real and not spam. Trustpilot works for the companies not the affected customers.
Do not trust trust pilot. Even though they have been clearly shown that companies leave fake reviews for themselves to dilute the negative reviews they removed my comments and yet allowed the fake reviews to remain. Trust Pilot is not trust worthy!
No doubt this review will get deleted as well!
Tried to put in a negative review for a company on Trustpilot, also mentioned some of their reviews are simple and fake. It got taken off Trustpilot as it was violating the terms. Just simply because the company paid to use Trustpilot, and we don't, it means we are not allowed to put in a negative review. It is a joke, not trust worthy at all.
Trustpilot deletes reviews. I have had a negative experience with a company, wrote a review on Trustpilot, and they just deleted my negative review. They claimed I could not prove my claims, which I wrote them back and did prove. The sad thing is that the review or the product really was not that serious.
Do not trust them! I never will.
No point in writing a review on that site. Had two reviews removed after just an hour of writing them. Trust Pilot said my reviews were flagged by software which meant nobody at Trust Pilot actually read them. My reviews were honest and legitimate. Trash site.
Was a reviewer and I had a bad experience with a business that was screwing its customers. I laid out what happened, and made my review showing proof.
The business then gets mad and without any showing that they didn't try screwing me had the review removed.
To me that shows that trustpilot is not a good place to show what is really what. How can you trust any reviews from a site that removes bad ones just because. Moronic.
Thanks
Good example DPD, now have 2 accounts. Old account and new trust piolet account. Old account 1-2 stars reviews then suddenly they start to pay monthly membership then amazing after a few months the new account is rated excellent.
Just look at all couriers, all of them using TP are rated excellent when they pay membership, any courier that does not pay is rated terrible. Basically now as a business you are paying for reviews, just wrong
I wrote a review for fest flags. Every word of it was true, but because fest flags complained at their low rating, Trust Pilot pulled my review. Then we went through weeks of correspondence and in the end, Trust Pilot will not allow an honest review. That is why reviews of businesses that promote their Trust Pilot status cannot be relied upon at all. In my opinion, Trust Pilot is nothing more than a cover for sorry assed businesses.
I have tried several times to write a review concerning some fake companies but trust pilot has deleted my experience with this companies especially the mining website has have become very bad to customer. If I write my true with a company why do trust pilot delete it. So protecting right companies is not good whereby customers get a big of their as I have lost. So trust pilot should a llow customers to write their true experience with companies or close the company.
The RACIST SCUM remove all my reviews. And also susupend all my accounts. The RACISTS do NOT like people speaking the TRUTH, and posting genuine reviews.
Spent an hour writing a one star review of Canada Post. When
Trying to post it using Google the review completely disapeared.
No trace of it at all anywhere. Tried to contact them at their listed
Phone number, another total waste of time only thing one got was an answering
Machine. Canada Post has more than 1000 one star reviews on Trustpilot
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
Trustpilot has a rating of 1.2 stars from 1,104 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Trustpilot most frequently mention customer service, bad experience and integrity team. Trustpilot ranks 127th among Internet Safety sites.
