Big thanks to HACK WEST. I applied for a mortgage loan few weeks ago but did not qualify. The last time I went through my credit report there were all sorts of things on my report including bankruptcy and tax liens to dispute, and the companies all dropped it off my record. After surfing through the internet for help I read wonderful reviews about *******@Writeme.com online. To cut the long story short they fixed my credit scores to 790, removed tax liens, eviction and bankruptcy off my report, they also increased my credit limit and credit leverage. Still surprised at how it just happened so fast (7 days) and easy to push the dispute button at the credit agency website with this Specialist. You can also text via +1 *******638 and worry no more on buying a home with low credit scores. Hope this helps everyone looking for help.
I have been working on rebuilding my credit for about the last 18 months but really focused since around July/August. My credit has dipped as low as 530 and currently I'm at around 480. Last year in September I got a secured Discover card with a $500 limit. I use it regularly for gas and pay it off week to week carrying a very small balance. Today I logged into my app to schedule a payment and found they had converted me to a non secured card and downed my credit limit to $300. I was surprise how did this happened to me so I called to confirm they told me it was due to misinformation on my credit report I went to sort out how to get my credit fixed then I came across *******@gmail.com/ *******437 he wiped out the negatives entries Tax liens DMV car loan and boost my score to 805 and raised my credit limit to $2500 within a couple of days I know this is small to some but for me this feels like such a huge milestone. Give him a try now and get a good credit profile.
When I started with credit brainiac I had quite a few derogatory accounts. My credit score was very low, I had a 490 fico score. Now after a few days of working with them, all three of my credit scores have received a huge increase. I can now qualify for just about anything I apply for. They work very fast and efficiently. My experience was exactly as it was outlined by those who recommended the service to me. Make contact with them at creditbrainiac. Repair -AT- G-mail -DOT- com.
I don't intend to write an epistle here but I'm most grateful that I met this expert. I was skeptical at first because of my past experiences with some scammers posing to be a credit repair specialist but I decided to give it a try. They are professionals, transparent and they always kept me updated on the process, I was shocked when they asked me to check my credit score again. My score was raised from 506 to 785. Bankruptcy, eviction, credit card loan were all cleared within 12days. Reach out to them if you're in need of the same service: (BoostMyCredit at FastService dot Com).
The best thing that could happen to anyone trying to get his/her credit fixed is getting a certified private hacker, was actually in need of a hacker to fix my credit and Erase all negatives and I'm glad I found one that came to my rescue at last. He did all that within 2 weeks just as he promised. He's actually the best at what he does. Contact him just incase you're in need of one. Email: Webghost[at]hackermail[dot]com.
I loved this website because it gives you an idea about the real estate market and prices right away. Not all listings are accurate of course. But usually it helps you narrow down your search to one or two areas. It worked for me!
Trulia should take down fake/spam listings. I've responded to so many apartment ads I found and they're either bots or shady brokers that use bait-and-switch or claim the unit isn't available anymore. It's shocking that after making an attempt to report these fakes, this company still allows postings of units that don't even exist. I shared contact and personal information with strangers for nothing.
I received a totally fake, negative review from a bogus individual. Trulia's profile is completely inaccurate and over 5 years out of date. Over forty years sterling experience as a Realtor with over two thousand transactions. Never had a review, letter or any comments like are shown on Trulia. Trulia can't be contacted by phone, unless you pay fees. They haven't responded to numerous email requests to update or correct
I tried to find a rental through Trulia. Instead they took my phone number and email address and added it to one of their listings. There is no way to reach anyone at the company to stop the calls over 50 on a listing that was very questionable. They do not care what they post I would think twice before I used them in any capacity.
Don't waste your money. The amount they charge for the little/no return is pathetic. I've had them for 4 months now (only two to go) and they've given me nothing. Yet, I found 5 new clients on my own. Wish I had the hundreds of dollars lost to do other things.
Unreal to acquire about an apartment and get no response other than text asking to connect at a certain time. Then there is no call. Also I was asked to give personal information over text without speaking to a person. This is not how you do business. Do NOT use this app and have them remove your name from your email or they will continue to send notifications. People renting these apartments and houses should really check their information before they use this site. SCAM!
Trulia is riddled with scams, at least here in Georgia. There are people claiming to own properties that they don't even have access to. Trulia has no services in place to protect those who are searching for a home; there is not even an option to report listings. "Mr Johnson" even went so far as to send me a picture of a sick child who was not his. I told my fiancé not to bother with it but we are pretty desperate so he still gave it a chance! Regardless, I will no longer be using the service.
Trulia does not respond to phone calls or emails except with automatically generated replies. I've been trying to talk with someone regarding several houses I was interested in renting. They never call back. A couple of times, I spoke with an actual living person. They said someone would call me back. It never happened. Why do they advertise houses for rent if they don't act on inquiries?
I've been trying to write a review on George White but Trulia won't let me sign in and post. I'm sure it has to do with the fact that this agent doesn't return phone calls. I'll move on to another site and agent.
Please learn from my mistake (as well as numerous other agents) do not waste your money on the advertising. They DO NOT deliver anything, there is NO return on your investment. Plus, even though your contract is up after 6 months (and you cancel before this) they continue to take the money from your bank or credit card. I have been in dispute Hell with them trying to recover my money. If I could give them zero stars I would have, unfortunately, that's not an option.
I have been using Trulia to research houses for sale in my area. It is generally pretty good, but the information can be pretty outdated, so be careful if you really fall in love with a place to double-check with your agent that it's actually still available. Although the site itself is kind of meh, the trulia app is pretty awesome. It's really easy and intuitive to use (I've been using it on a tablet). You can just move around a map and homes for sale will pop up in the area, you can tap a home to see the pictures, split the screen between maps and descriptions, etc... It's really fund to use, just realize that the information may be pretty old (as in days, which in real-estate time is an eternity).
I applied for a home with Trulia who stated it was still available so after I pay $60 twice for the application fee( and they make you pay $60 per each adult) so after paying $120 all of a sudden the house I was interested in suddenly had a completed application from another client and was off the market so I couldnt find any other homes at the time that I liked so I asked for a refund and they said it was non refundable. Dont waste your time or money with these people! Rip off!
I've been property hunting awhile now. I use trulia and zillow in tandem to verify each other's info. Recently trulia changed it's photo display from useable, friendly and much better than zillow to garbage - total and complete garbage. Someone's head was up their $#*! when they decided it was better to have a pop over that hides the rest of the page, makes it impossible to choose which picture to display. If a property has over 50 pictures and you just want to look at the kitchen, it takes forever to load AND you have to scroll through each picture - in order. FAIL. Saving grace is that most of the addresses on trulia also exist on zillow.
Trulia could be great with just a few improvements. But those improvements are huge detractors to its usefulness.
The biggest is school info.
It's so helpful that they send a list of new homes that match my search (Zillow doesn't) BUT then I still have to go to a computer (it's too hard to do it all on your phone) to cross-reference every home Trulia sent on the Zillow site to find out what the assigned schools are!
Does anyone actually work here? I'm a marketing Director for a Real Estate Company. Our account is populating incorrectly from Postlets onto Trulia. I have emailed Trulia's "customer service" countless times with not a single response. There are no phone numbers that will take you to a human being. So, your listings sit on here screwed up forever and there's not a damn thing you can do about it. TERRIBLE SITE with worse/non-existent customer service. Truly awful.
Answer: Losing a loved one can be very devastating. I lost my dad who was my best friend about 6months ago. I drowned myself in alcohol in order to forget my sorrow but to no avail. Before I realized myself, my life was already a mess. My credit which was at 761(three years of hard work) had already dropped to 498, all my cash spent and all my card maxed out. I had so many negative items (late payments, inquiries, collections, judgments and garnishment). A good friend of mine recommended METRONET CREDIT SOLUTION; they helped me raise my credit 784 from the initial 498. I am very grateful for this great help. If you've messed up your credit and you really need quick assistance, then I recommend them. I reached them via metronetcreditsolution@gmail.com. Thank me later
Answer: They won't delete your email but you can block them from sending it to you. Just click that it's spam email and it will go to your spam site.
Answer: Remember these are SALES staff, they will lie to get your business and they couldn't care less what happens after they get their commission. Do NOT fall for Trulia's lies to Realtors- learn from my very expensive mistake! You will get nothing except poorer.
Answer: Anyone who owns a house or apartment will entrust a friend or management company with the responsibility of managing the property before going out of town for an extended period. If someone claims to own or manage the place but cannot grant you a walk-through viewing of a place (not just pictures sent through email--anyone can do that--they must legally own a copy of the key) and FOR FREE, then it is a scam. I agree with Julie. Do not use sites like Trulia to try to find a rental. They do not verify 'property managers' and most of the rentals you will find on Trulia are scams. I found my apartment by contacting well established local realty management companies. The apartment I chose is owned by a company that was recommended to me by a friend. Never ever send money. If it's a legitimate owner/manager/leaser, all transactions will happen in person.
Trulia has a rating of 3.1 stars from 160 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. Reviewers satisfied with Trulia most frequently mention credit score, negative items and late payments. Trulia ranks 17th among Real Estate sites.
