There is no option for online (email/chat) customer support. You have to call and speak with someone who continues trying to upsell you the different options that Experian has, and there is a major language barrier because they outsource their CSR's. I called to cancel my membership after I learned that I could not cancel the 7 day free trial on the website. They make it difficult in hopes that they can squeeze more money from you. Wish I had read reviews first, but thankfully I was not charged because I used an empty account to reserve the membership.

Trulia is riddled with scams, at least here in Georgia. There are people claiming to own properties that they don't even have access to. Trulia has no services in place to protect those who are searching for a home; there is not even an option to report listings. "Mr Johnson" even went so far as to send me a picture of a sick child who was not his. I told my fiancé not to bother with it but we are pretty desperate so he still gave it a chance! Regardless, I will no longer be using the service.

Tip for consumers:
Look out for anything that seems to good to be true.

I recently ordered a linen ring sling from their website. It was moderately priced (which is why I bought it) and came with free one day shipping! I appreciated that so much. The owner even emailed me after placing my order and after I received my order to say thank you and make sure everything went smoothly. They also offer Sezzle as a payment option so you can break payments up instead of paying all at once. I would definitely purchase stuff from here again.

They do not know how to do anything. I needed to delete my account because I realized I had two accounts open. So I wanted to use the email address from the original account on the second account because I no longer had access to the email address listed on the second account. Apparently they can't change your account settings via mobile phone number (so why do we even have it listed on there?), it can only be changed via email... which I no longer have access to. So there is no way for me to change my email settings on this account and the first person I spoke with didn't even understand my issue and made it so that I can't use the good email account with ANY target business. They were just all around trash and it is not the first time I've had an issue with them.
