This company is a SCAM! They destroyed my dissertation by putting it through some translation service and it came back with over 75 pages with improper English. They had someone who is not a native speaker or not fluent edit my paper and misspelled thousands of words, changed my correct sentences to random words that were not correct English. They also changed direct quotes and statistical information. They refused to refund my money and the university denied their edits. It was $680 and they completely ignored my concerns and said they don't give refunds. They even admitted to the mistakes in email and then refused to refund my money. Do NOT use this company

I ended up with a manually edited article with 86% ai on Turnitin. So I asked true editors to give me a refund and they didn't respond, they just told me they could re-editing it, and I said no, I just needed a refund, and nobody ever responded to my message again. And they said my ai report was wrong and not credible. They kept stressing that they were manual proofreading and did not use any ai, so I asked them to prove that in the end, they used copyleaks to prove that the ai rate of the article was 0, but I tested it again with copyleaks and the ai rate was still over 20%. I wonder if we're not using a same site. Besides, when I received the document after editing is over 12hours.

I had a 400 pages book to be proofread and reformatted. I payed more than 3k POUNDS wich is undoubtedly a lot of money. They indeed worked on the plagiarism check, on grammar and syntax, however, no consideration was put in the professional formatting. This aspect was really poor, basically I played for it and never got it at all. So their services are good in a way but do not expect professional book formatting.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT hire this company for book cover art. I hired them for the whole kit and caboodle for booking editing. The editing was okay (still had some errors here and there) but the cover art was so bad I ended up having to use another service. They took forever and only ever sent me cheaply photoshopped together images and did that repeatedly for months even after I told them that's not what I wanted.
