Well, I do a lot of research before handling work to someone. And this is my first manuscript. I really wanted someone who can understand my requirement clearly and do the job. There were lot of editors, proofreaders as freelancers out there. That's the confusing part for everyone who is looking for these services.

I choose true editors to do the proofreading for my college academic essay. I opted for a 12-hour, university-level essay proofreading service for which I paid 139 euros. I ended up with a manually edited article with 86% ai on Turnitin. So I asked true editors to give me a refund and they didn't respond, they just told me they could re-editing it, and I said no, I just needed a refund, and nobody ever responded to my message again. And they said my ai report was wrong and not credible. They kept stressing that they were manual proofreading and did not use any ai, so I asked them to prove that in the end, they used copyleaks to prove that the ai rate of the article was 0, but I tested it again with copyleaks and the ai rate was still over 20%. I wonder if we're not using a same site. Besides, when I received the document after editing is over 12hours.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT hire this company for book cover art. I hired them for the whole kit and caboodle for booking editing. The editing was okay (still had some errors here and there) but the cover art was so bad I ended up having to use another service. They took forever and only ever sent me cheaply photoshopped together images and did that repeatedly for months even after I told them that's not what I wanted.

The workers (I refrain from calling them editors or even proofreaders) have no content knowledge and DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AS THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE. They provided a completely unusable manuscript of my dissertation. They do not even understand my explanation of their mistakes with English. The manuscript was also riddled with grammatical and punctuation errors. Basically, they rearranged my sentences. They refuse to speak in real time. SCAM!

Do not think to edit your work here! Their service is rubbish, no quality or real editing, they only strive for money but never consider costumers' needs or delivering quality.
Before uploading my document, I filled in the form with all my requirements, and when a technical issue happened, they asked me to send my doc via email and pay an invoice, once they received money, they started editing without checking my requirements on the system and later they put the blame on me saying I didn't ask for any requirements, they made editing for primary school level than PhD and they made mistakes in referencing, making all my block quotations in 12 font-size instead of 11. No good changes were made, I felt my work became weak and addressed to children instead of mature readers. I asked them to re edit it by following my requirements which they didn't look for on the system, they said ok but then returned my work after 7 more days with more mistakes and no single one word added to the version. When I said I can see no changes and that they wasted my time, they come back and say it is me who did not ask for Harvard, which I did but they didn't see it, and even made mistakes in it while trying to cover their rubbish mistakes. They also said I did not state what type of writing, well I said PhD which means academic writing and also said make sure it is edited by an English editor to address the British reader, and that was completely ignored. Long story short, they tried to cover their mistakes by throwing all blame on me and finding lies, I sent them screenshots to show my discussions with their agents, they ignored them and kept making more lies and lies. Never trust them with your works. They are just liars and greedy people looking for money only and never deliver work within the required standards, making you look like a fool and liar, they think that people are stupid and can be lied to easily.
