Booked room for 1 night for $104 and paid taxes and fees of $54. After check-in was told $45 for parking per day. Then weeks later got another $35 on credit card in the name of resort fee. Super shady business. Just stay away.
Booked a room for a 1 night getaway on the weekend. I made the booing 3 weeks in advance. Got the verification email and trip number. The day we showed up to check into Holiday Inn, they had no record of our reservations. Even showing the hotel manager our receipt and conformation eMail from traveluro.com. The hotel couldn't do anything to help as they were fully booked.
My boyfriend booked a hotel through Traveluro for 7/28-7/30. I came down with a stomach virus the day before our check-in so obviously we had to cancel because HELLO I was SICK! We tried to get in contact with Traveluro for TWO days and were finally able to reach someone on 7/29. We made it clear to them that we didn't want a refund, all we wanted to do was reschedule the hotel dates for 8/4-8/6. We even told them we were willing to pay a little extra to change the dates but that still wasn't enough! Long story short, they told us we couldn't do it due to their policy and that I had to provide medical documents to prove I had a stomach virus. Mind you, we had tried to reach them for TWO days! Traveluro has horrible customer service and I will for sure NEVER book with them. My boyfriend has filed a dispute with his bank and we are going to do everything we can to get his $447 back. To Traveluro, if you thought we were letting this slide... YOU THOUGHT WRONG!
Wife and daughter stayed at the radisson hotel austin university, they do not tell you the hotel is under renovation, but no work was happening just disgusting. False 3 star, more like 1 star.

Booked 2 hotels through TravelEuro - one was non refundable and the other was refundable until a certain date. When I learned of their bad reviews, I immediately cancelled the hotel that I could still cancel. Refund was sent to my account immediately. No problem there. Then rebooked with GoSplitty (which btw is the same company as TravelEuro, I found later) The one that wasn't refundable, I was so nervous for months that something would go wrong according to the reviews. When I finally checked in, it showed that I had paid in full but TravelEuro never gave the hotel my payment. I was so scared! I showed them where I paid and they let me check in anyway and and said they will continue to purse the payment from TravelEuro. Close call! The GoSplitty check in went smooth no problem there but TravelEuro is one in the same as my confirmation text messages were coming from the same number for both companies. My advice, pay more and go with another for peace of mind. There is something shady with TravelEuro. Won't book with them again, too stressful.
Don't use this website. They have false advertisement. When you reserve a room they give you a different one. I reserved one with two beds and they gave me one with a single bed.
I booked a room and prepaid 3 months in advance. Received a receipt and confirmation number. Arrived at the hotel after a long day of travel only to discover the company had cancelled my reservation later that same day. I did not receive any communication about this cancellation, nor was my CC refunded. Choices were to pay day-of rates or sleep in the airport with kids. Contacted customer service by email with no response. Noticed that they do not have a 1-800 number so cannot call from Canada. Reported a disputed charge to Visa to have it finally dealt with. AVOID!
They are not the cheapest price. They have zero customer service. And you can not cancel or amend your hotel booking
I booked a hotel reservation with Traveluro and 5 minutes after I booked I realize that I picked incorrect dates for my stay. I reached out to them to request a modification and was informed that they needed to contact the hotel directly to see if they had rooms for the dates I needed and that they would be back in contact with me in 24 to 48 hours. 2 to 3 hours after that call, I received an email stating that due to the hotel's policy they couldn't do a modification. So I reached out to the hotel directly and was informed that they did have rooms available for the revised dates needed, but Traveluro would need to do the modification because we booked them them and not the hotel directly. I reached back out to Traveluro and relayed what the hotel said, then Traveluro replied due to our cancellation policy we cant refund or amend reservations. I stated im not requesting a refund and there was nothing on the website saying no modifications when I was booking the reservation. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge.
I booked a reservation on my lunch break, and have been away from my job for 2 hours. I nake 20k a month and these people virtual card keeps declining for 69 buck but they charged me 81 buck very fast. They have put me in a very bad position and guess what, I'm still waiting outside. I will never ever ever use this service again. I will recommend Noone ever ever use this service again. The worst experience of my life booking rooms
I canceled the hotel room reservation. They said they would get in touch within 24-48 hours. As a result, 4 days later, I wrote to them by e-mail myself. Money cannot be returned. Thank you, f***g company! That I will no longer contact.
I advise you to pay more for $5-10 to another booking company.
After I paid for my hotel reservation, I received an email and text messages confirming that my booking was complete and fully paid for. When I got to the hotel, it turns out there were hidden fees they hadn't included, nor had they notified me about them. I believe they withheld them from the original price to make their offer more competitive. This is misleading to say the least.
I booked a local hotel using this site and I called the hotel and hotel assured me I had a reservation….so far so good.
But when I got to the hotel, they said Traveleuro never paid for the reservation. Traveleuro had taken my money but didn't forward it to the hotel.
My only option was to pay again at the hotel and request a refund through my credit card company.
Traveleuro is a SCAM!
We came down with Covid and they will not exchange our dates for a further trip. Didn't even ask for our money back!
Quoted me $450 Canadain for 3 nights, when I payed I was charged the same rate in USD! ($620)I confirmed the glitch and called them to cancel and they hung up on me...
I read all the reviews and comments on not to trust Traveluro. There were so many about hotels not being booked to correct hotel or not at all. I personally had a very different experience.
I booked a 1-night hotel 5 days in advance to when I needed it in Washington DC for $100 less than any other site offered. I had my doubts this was going to go well so I did some follow up with the hotel as well as with Traveluro.
1. I called the hotel immediately 7/13 after receiving email payment and booking confirmation receipt and verified they did not have my reservations.
2. I contacted Traveluro by phone and selected the "having issues immediately option". The phone did ring for a couple of minutes but eventually was answered by EJ who advised me he will follow with hotel and email me the verification.
3. I received an email follow up that reiterated what we talked about immediately.
4. The next day I received a second email advising who EJ talked to and the hotel confirmation number.
Still had doubts
5.2 days before my stay, I received a text confirming the booking and all paid.
6. The day before my stay I received another email from Travelero confirming my stay
7. After getting that email, I called the front desk of the hotel directly and they verified I do have a hotel room booked for the correct night and showing paid in full.
8. I had no issues at check in.
9. I had received a text after my stay from Travelero stating they hoped I got the most out of my stay and if any issues occurred to please contact them at *******798 which is the same number I had originally called.
I felt very relieved and was glad I did the follow up.
This is the most horrible company the government should shut them down! They are scammers and the people that work for them should be ashamed of themselves! Don't use this company steer clear! They lie cheat and steel peoples money!

Me and my travel From Vancouver to LA, we booked hotel from this website, however we be hotel for check in on June 30 around 10:15, they told me they cannot find our booking, then we call this website nobody pick up, next day we called somebody received call but they doesn't wanna refund, so I think this is totally scam website plz be careful
Answer: They don't honor the insurance they offer through their website they want they won't let you change dates I probably won't do anything for you very piss poor customer service
