They are double booking you, only for the hotels to tell you your reservation has been canceled but the fee that you have paid to the SCAM that is Traveluro is non-refundable. So …. You end up paying whatever the price of the hotel was because you have arrived to whatever destination you flew from, plus the fees of the hotel. This is total B.S. And we should all figure out a way to File a Suite against this B.S. Travel company. F U TRAVELURO if you could get No stars I would not push a single star.
You will not get ANY customer service with these quack jobs. I could not rate them lower than a negative million. Just don't. Scam/fraud alert. I accidentally booked the wrong date, so I went through another company to book the correct date. It was worth the extra $50. Somehow Traveluro needed my confirmation receipt from the hotel that I booked through a totally different company on the date I actually needed the reservation- which was the date I stayed there. That is none of their business. They do not need a copy of my RECEIPT regarding anything about me that doesn't have to do with what I booked through them. They want proof that I stayed there on a different date. So I'm a liar now. NICE. Currently I have amassed multiple phone calls, non-stop ringing, being place on hold exceeding 20 minutes and I've still gotten nowhere. They have my money- not the hotel. Looks like thats all they need. The only way they'll answer the phone is option 1: to book a hotel. Refund or cancel- forget it. I have just been told that Lea cannot get to the phone because their "lines are so jacked up right now. She will converse with you through email. No, she won't. I am on indefinite hold and will screenshot a photo of the length of time I had to wait in hold because they're JACKED UP. Pure professionalism. Bravo.

This is more of a warning than a review. I want to emphasize that this is not a legitimate travel agency; it's a scam and a den of thieves! It's high time the government stepped in to tackle such fraudulent businesses.
Our experience was a complete nightmare. We made a reservation online for December 12th to 13th, but what we received in confirmation was for December 22nd! The most absurd part? We were physically inside the hotel when we made the reservation.
To make matters worse, there's absolutely no customer service or agents to assist you. All they tell you is, "We will send you an email in 30 minutes," which, of course, you'll never receive.
Beware of these scammers and avoid them at all costs.
I book a hotel reservation when I call the hotel they don't let me check in into after 3pm I call this company so they can help me with the check in time and they don't help me out they said depend of the hotel and probably I have to paid more money just to changed the check in time. I ask for refund so I can make a new reservation and they said no refund. I call them a few times to get help with this even when it was Christmas Day 2023. I been trying to reach them back again and the phone doesn't work it look like they block my number. This company is a scam.
Not legitimate. My TravelUro reservation ended up being with some other third party, which they wouldn't disclose to me, so I couldn't get a refund from TravelUro as their excuse was they were waiting for that other third party for a "confirmation". Customer service is very very shady - they will pretend they are looking into your issue, ask a million sensitive questions for "verification" only to drop your call and never pick up on you again. Never got the refund
I booked a hotel with Traveluro for a trip to FL. While there were many negative reviews, I contacted the hotel and they quickly confirmed my reservation. Perhaps it was a rough start for this booking agency, but I have to say my experience was flawless! Price was legit, booking was legit! Give them a chance to redeem themselves. I would recommend them and would use them again.
Travelero essentially robbed me blind. I bought the hotel room for the wrong dates and requested. They corrected the dates. I got an email saying that they were unable to correct the date. And then somebody did correct the date long story short. I was informed I would not get a refund. And they would not honor the original date. That will tell her was booked. This company robbed me of $120. Steer clear do not ever do business with this company.
Traveluro and their parent company holisto will not answer their phones and finally it will simply dissconnect on you. Email them at *******@holisto.com and repeat email over and over with your phone number…their insurance is a scam, do not purchase it. BE WARNED! Just see the number of times I had to call!
I just booked a hotel overseas with them. After I paid there was no confirmation # or email. I called them and I was put on hold. They said they had no record of my reservation. I saved the page that had the total that I spent and it said, "Congratulations, you saved $57.00 by using Traveluno." I called the number and after explaining what happened I was put on hold for 20 minutes and they said they could not find my reservation. So now I am wondering will they charge me for it still? Do they have my credit card number? Should I contact my credit card company and get a new number? Probably! Uggg! Good lesson to book directly with the hotel instead of a 3rd party...especially for overseas travel. Never again!
After forgetting to book my hotel reservation traveluro left me on hold for 22 minutes didn't return my calls and finally booked the full hotel at 11:35 PM, without letting me know. Needless to say I had made other arrangements. They refused to reffund me, the only reason I found out was by calling the hotel who told me they had refunded the money to traveluro. They still refused to refund the money, after many emails they said that if I contacted the hotel and sent them a copy of the email stating I could receive my refund I will receive it. I'm still waiting
I booked a room through them more than two weeks out as a it was slightly cheaper than the other booking sites. When I got to the hotel, I found out that Traveluro never booked a room (as the hotel was already full) and never notified me that the hotel was full. They did charge my credit card. Then, the only thing they would do was refund my money. I ended up having to last minute book with another hotel with another hotel. The stay ended up costing be more than double what I was planning on. Garbage company!
I booked a hotel through their services and they never paid the hotel. So, I have to rebook the hotel. Monday they told me to give them 24-48 hours. 48 hours later, I am being told another 24-48 hours. Then Jen told me they'll eventually get my information and they waiting for an approval or denial.
Thought I was getting a deal on a hotel for the night. Traveluro hides the fact that the taxes you pay are not the hotel tax but their own for using their services. So in the end, you don't save any but end up spending more! You have to click on "buttons" for information and to see. So I ended up paying $60 more for charges from the local hotel tax plus Traveluros. It cost more to stay there then calling the hotel for a booking. Total scam! Unless you're looking for how they operate, they do not openly show you. You have to click on links to find it. Very disappointed! Will never use this site again. And intend to warn others to stay away!
We were 20 min from the hotel we wanted. We'd have very little sleep after 2 days of driving, 2 days of military graduation ceremonies and another days drive. I was looking at various sites when I went back to this one and booked the room. I checked my confirmation in my email with 5 minutes and discovered that the dates had changed for two night later. I tried to call for help for over a half and hour. NO ONE would pick up. The hotel tried to help but couldn't. I couldn't cancel because I didn't pay the $5 to have that option but I was 20 min for the hotel so I didn't think I needed it. The next day I tried several more times to get customer service. I asked them to call me. NOTHING. SO NOW I GUESS WE EAT THE MONEY because of bad customer service and care. HORRIBLE!
I had an issue which was concerning to me. I asked them to resolve it. They were honest and helpful. They took care of my issue with flying colours. Although I had never heard of Traveluro before I feel they are trustworthy.
I booked a hotel room because their rates were so so low, but when i got to the hotel they told me they didn't have any reservation under my name. Traveluro took my money but didn't pay the hotel. I had to go thru hell to get a room. I paid again for the room and then had to chase them down to get my money back. Which i never got back. It's a scam
I was supposed to go on vacation for Christmas. I couldn't go because there was a snow emergency. I was driving but flights were also cancelled. I called the company and it was past the cancellation date. I spoke with someone on 12/23/22. They said they would contact the hotel and get back with me. Today is the 28th and I still haven't heard anything! I have called several times and can't speak to anyone! It's totally ridiculous. I called the hotel but the company didn't even put the reservation under my name! They were gonna cancel it for me too. IDK what to do. Furious customer! Never again!

Totally charged me 3 nights for 1 and then said they would refund and later wouldn't. It was night off and so I paid for a room and didn't use it bc they told me I would get a refund and then got no money back. They totally robbed me!
This company looks legit from the outside. When you book they send a carefully crafted confirmation but, if you notice, there is absolutely NO confirmation information from the hotel. I used them to book a hotel in early October 2023. Upon arriving to the hotel, they had NO record of my confirmation and I had no confirmation # the hotel could look into. Calling the TravelUro escalation line just rang and rang and rang. I DID get ahold of someone at the company who said "they will look into it", and that was the last I heard even though I have reached out multiple times.
