Do NOT ever book anything with this company. Customer service is non-existent, staff is unprofessional. I booked my flight tickets with them, but they forgot to send it to my e-mail. I had to call and wait over an hour for someone to pick up. The call back service was not working, and when someone finally picked up they were so rude I literally thought I was talking to a scammer (they barely spoke English too). My flight to destination got moved to a different day, and I did not get any notification. I caught it myself on the airline's website, but airline could not assist me in anyway because they said I had to contact TravelUp for any changes. TravelUp will answer your e-mails, but it takes more than 24 hours, so in case of emergency you will be screwed. On the way back to my country I found out that my tickets were not properly rebooked and the airline cannot check me in for the flight. TravelUp did a mistake on their system (not sure how it works together with airline systems), even though they assured me the ticket was valid. I almost lost it right there at the airport. Thank God and airline company staff who were so nice to me and were able to fix the issue themselves. If not for their kindness I would still be stuck on the other side of the globe. Again, please do not use this agency. Spend a little more money and book directly with your preferred airlines.
Discusted with this company. I paid for airport parking and they put down the wrong arrival time of my return back to the airport, even though the flights were also booked through them! So my car will now not be ready to pick up on my arrival back to the airport. Also they did not even put my car reg plate number into the meet and greet system so the barrier will not lift up on my approach to the meet and greet entrance now, I emailed them to fix their mistake and they completely ignored me.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!

Their phone number is useless as no one picks it up. I was within 24 hr to cancel the reservation and they never pick the phone nor they allow to cancel your flight reservation online

The booking went fine, but the problem was that I booked with a $54 dollar deposit on my Platinum American Express with the rest to be paid at check in. When I finalized it, my American Express was charged for the full amount of $377 to TravelUp. I saved a screen shot of the booking that was a deposit only with cancellation terms. Hello I want to share my experince with the people who makes reservation with kind of really bad company like travel up I am travel agency and I made a reservation for my guest then they relocate my guest to trash hotel then they told me I can ask for the refund but I told the customer service agent about different hotels he said the only one they can offer it calls Roma Host Way Hotel & Aqua Park but the guest should stay at golden 5 resort when I compare both of them the relocation one is trash then I asked to talk to a supervisor the agent hang up on me the call was 11:10 PM london time please people do not make any booking with the worse company like travel up and I will put this review on each traveling website

Unfortunately, the hotel had closed and the guests were relocated. Our suppliers offered us two options which matched the price and standard of the original. We then offered this to you or a full refund. We have done exactly what was needed to assist the passengers in question. Unfortunately relocations do happen from time to time caused by the hotel.

I had made a booking FOR MY WIFE AND MYSELF, on a flight leaving Denver to Paris in May 2023 with Travel up and I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICEWITHIN ONE (1) HOUR OF THE SAME DAY TO CANCEL THE TICKET.As they could not deal with any seat assignments and call Lufthansa. So I told them that their offer to keep all but the $200. This was acceptable and that they have to return the full amount $2792.74.

There was no email or letter from them stating anything about any deadline for me to respond. I immediately called Travel Up within the 1 hour of the same day as the booking

£100 in fees taken from a refund for a flight that was cancelled by the airline. Wouldn't use again or recommend especially at the moment with flight uncertainty the way it is.

Still waiting for our refund for a trip booked over a year ago that had to be cancelled due to Covid... I will never use this company again and would definitely tell others to avoid them
Be very careful with this company, they CANNOT be counted to communicate timely and cannot be counted on to be on your side in a dispute. I made a reservation then received a request after the fact for personal information that was unnecessary and when I refused they refused to give refund my money. And bte way is took them over a month to communicate with me. STAY AWAY the good deal you think you are getting may very NOT be.
The booking experience was not great. We are booking from Dalian-Shanghai-San Francisco and on the booking website it allows us to check two luggages at first flight and no need to re-check in at Shanghai. After we made reservation, a customer service representative gave me a call and said the first flight only allows 1 luggage and if you have additional baggage, gotta pay and check with the airline directly about the policy. Also he said we would have to pick up the luggage at Shanghai and check luggage in again for the flight to SFO. It's absolutely not written while we booked the ticket. Then I request to refund the money and buy through the airline. The representative changed his mind and offered to double check with the airline. After 5 mins, he called back and told me that I'm off the hook of paying extra for the second luggage and no need to check in again between the flights. I'm just very confused that why they had to waste my time before checking with the airlines. And after requesting refund, they can go out of their way to make it happen as they promised initially. Not going to use this app again. It's my first time booking thought travel up, but not a good experience.
