Scam company. Got a confirmation my flight was booked, then a few days later an email saying they couldn't book and offering 3 different flights of no use as I'd already booked train tickets. I found the same flights with travelup so I found and rebooked the same flights again with travelup at £5 extra to be told that it didn't go through either as it wasn't available (clearly was, twice). A few days later after the money cleared (surprise) I got the same email with the same wording offering 3 useless alternative options. I haven't had a refund weeks later on either payment despite their t&c and representative telling me 3-5 working day. Luckily I used a credit card to do a chargeback process but would avoid this company 100% they shouldn't be in business.
Though I thought I was on the hotel's direct site, all worked out in the end.

The travel up customer support is rude and not helpfull!
I have very bad experience and now we manage a consumer protection supervision for Travel up because we booked a right date and when we pay after generate a different date them system.We start immediatly 72houre befor travel happening a claim with Travel up customer support very arogant and nobody help us and telling us travel up not give us back our refund and not helpening us to change a date what them system generated after succesfull payment.I not advise for no one to use this reservation booking system.Damageing our planned and payd hooliday...and after not compensating us!
Also we call the hotel to request a change but them us well very rute and very arogant and telling us to pay again the service if we would like to change the date what is travel up system error.
Good overall experience. Great price for the hotel I chose. The online booking system froze on me several times and I had to call your help desk for assistance. The customer service rep was very difficult to understand.

I booked through Travel Up because the flights prices are where great we'll come to find out when we got to the hotel we were asked for a $300 deposit! Which was NOT stated on their website. When we called to ask for them to cancel it and a refund we got the runaround and they refused to refund us. Because we didn't have the money for the deposit we weren't able to stay at the hotel, or get our money back leaving us and our kids to sleep in our car! Horrible customer service. The leave they could do is credit us or give us a free night somewhere on them.
After reservation I can't see in "my booking" not customer service.
Never did go to hotel. Got 45% of my money back! Cost me $267.00 for nothing
Canceling the booking is too difficult and having to do it only by email, which gives no immediate feedback, is horrible. I called and they would not accept the cancellation over the phone. WTF?
My issues has not been resolved. So far the person chatting with me does not comprehend the issue at hand.

Went to hotel and your site wouldn't allow me to print voucher for stay. Attempted to call and number wouldn't accept calls. Hotel had no records of my confirmation. Hotel attempted to open but it wouldn't allow either. Spent 2 hours trying to figure it out. Ended up leaving hotel and going to another one and paying for it! Very upset!
I recently made a reservation with your company and to follow up I call the hotel to confirm my reservation then I was told that there is no reservation there for me. I further went on to contact your company to inquire about why the resort doesn't have my reservation only to be told by your customer service agent that I have to send an email in order to be assisted. This is by far a stressful process for me.
It was fast and easy. It offered the best deal of all the apps and websites available

Price seems great. There is something suspicious about the booking voucher. This comment on the voucher makes me nervous: Please be advised: Your booking has been confirmed, some hotel chains hold booking information in a central system and then pass the guest names to the individual hotel a few days before arrival.

In the final price there was a surcharge over the advertised price for about $23 per night per room. I accepted it thinking that was the tax. After the payment, I was sent a voucher which says the tax is to be paid extra. When I called, they told me that the price changed in the ten minutes between the time I checked it and the time I booked. That is just bad business practice and unfair treatment.

Customer service was extremely helpful. And calling waiting time was not to long to update my flight. Ticket issued before within 24hr. I recommend to book with travelup.com
Absolutely HORRIBLE! We put our infant on the reservation and the payment didn't go through so we refreshed the page to input another card and when it refreshed there was no infant on the reservation. We asked you to add him on and you tried to up charge us $500 even though we showed proof that there was no extra charge. We even called Hilton and they told us there was no additional charge for our infant. Now I see why people get frustrated with you guys. I'm glad Hilton took care of the problem.
