Horrible!
They were supposed to refund my account for hundreds of dollars of lost flights. But not only they never did this, but it also is almost impossible to find the contact information for their customer service, and although I somehow managed to find it, they never reply to any of my emails and never answer any of my calls.
Do yourself a big favor and never buy anything from them!
When I booked the flight the ticket price was around $100, then they charged $200 my debit card - they didn't send any invoice, and I have tried to contact them so many times for clarification and they haven't given any explanation about it. I will need to file a complaint against this company, because customer service does not exist, and I'm tired of trying to get in contact with them. Terrible experience. So frustrating!
Everything went smooth until the airline cancelled my flights couple of weeks ago. I bought a TKT online, trip was cancelled by Air Maroc due to Covid restrictions, when I asked for refund travel2be never gave me good answers, the airline tells me they already paid them back and now the system doesn't recognize my reservation (*******) and no one will answer the phone. Zero rating as long as I don't get my money back.

I have had no luck having a refund processed by Travel2Be representatives, despite receiving confirmation of my cancellation and refund status in writing from this business.
They are very vague when responding to requests for information. Their own policy states refunds will be processed within 72 days of confirmation. I feel like I have been ripped off by this company (aka TravelGenio).

It is very frustrating that there is no any customer support available. There is no any email address, phone number indicated on their website where people can address their query. The link where I can check my reservation is not working and I am left in doubt of whether my flight even exists or no.
More transparency and support is needed from this travel agency.
First when I ordered my tickets they showed a total which was much lower than ordering direct from the airline. After 2 weeks they sent me the tickets only $500 more than the original price. I emailed them about it and only after I involved kayak they responded with excuses that do not explain the overcharge. I disputed the difference and due to the dispute mid vacation 24 hours before my flight back home they cancelled my reservation!
They are expert scammers and they have different names to their company in order to scam more people.
Highly advise to stay far away from travel2be, travelgenio, or any of the other names they go by.

I booked a flight using this scam service and like a prudent traveler I paid extra for a refundable ticket. I called them to make a change to my flight and they tell me "oh, sorry that fee was for us to make a change if we can and we can't". So I am out of $1000+ because they say my ticket is now non refundable and they can't make changes to the flight. Buyers Beware! Travel2Be is a SCAM!

From my experience with them it seems that there is really no company.
There is no one to talk to there. Poor customer service!
It is very difficult to communicate with them.
My flight was delayed by 48 hours, Travel2Be didn't notify me of the delay, I arrived at the airport and found that the flight was delayed. We canceled the ticket because we could not wait 48 and found another flight, and Travel2Be aren't willing to refund me the money.

Do never use those companies Travel2be or Sky scanner as you won't flight nowhere, book directly with the airline if possible or use a proper booking company like Expedia or ebooking
Pray nothing goes wrong with a flight booked through travel2be. Spent a small fortune trying to get hold of their customer support. Cancelled the payment through my credit card after no joy for months. They finally reached out after not receiving payment and the bank gave the money back. They then said they had to confirm this with their bank even though I sent them proof. This again took months and eventually the tickets expired and I lost over 2,000 quid. Not even an apology from the thieves

I brought my international flight for my holiday only to realise when I got my eticket I have no baggage allowance. Feels like a scam as nothing was said in main print. They were about the same price of other tickets to, gota say only use reputable sellers :(

I booked a flight on 28th Sep, 2022 which was quoted for 243,000 INR. The actual payment made to the card was of 253,000 INR, which was 5,000 more than what it would have costed if I had booked with the airline directly. They have hidden charges/fees that you will only get to know after you make the payment. Don't be deceived by the initially offered low fares.

When you purchase the ticket, your money is gone. They do not send you anything.
If you try calling, the operator will tell you that the wait time is 30 minutes. If you are patient and wait that long, they will automatically disconnect the line. If you try to email them, they won't answer, of course.
Also, it is very important to note, they don't put their contact details on the website, you will have to search online for it.
If they actually reach out at some point, i will update this review.
Update: i called early and got my ticket in around 15 minutes.

They can not be trusted at all,we bought travel insurance,flexible tickets and now they just more than doubled the penaty fees.They do not respond to any emails so i would suggest not to use them at all.They deserve zero stars but that is unfortunately not an option
Worst agency ever! Trying to change the date of my ticket for forever now, I tried to contact them by phone and e-mail, 3 times they hung up on me after being on the phone for over 1 hour, I ended up buying a whole new ticket and I want it credited now, or change it for a next travel,... so I just tried e-mailing again, and still waiting on a e-mail for about more than two weeks now,... been reading the comments that Satisfying there customers is there main goal. I booked a direct flight with Travel2be and even received confirmation that it was in fact a direct flight from them. As I check in today, it says I have a stop over. I paid $2,300 for a DIRECT flight, and I have the documents to prove it. I have emailed customer service and I keep receiving a link to a form that does not even work. Save your money and book directly with the airlines. If this is not resolved soon I will be disputing the charge with my CC company and taking legal action with a consumer protection agency.
