I have had no luck having a refund processed by Travel2Be representatives, despite receiving confirmation of my cancellation and refund status in writing from this business.
They are very vague when responding to requests for information. Their own policy states refunds will be processed within 72 days of confirmation. I feel like I have been ripped off by this company (aka TravelGenio).

I booked the ticket and i got confirmation code. On checking with airline they say there is no such booking with that code nor there is any other booking under my name. I sent email to *******@travelgenio.com
and i got email saying click this link to raise a issue. On clicking that it takes to the form. Now in that form i filled all details and realized their send button in form does not work so i can not contact them. I tried reaching out to their help line number that also does not connect.
Till trying to reach them some one. Will not recommend anyone to book ticket through them as there is no way to reach out to them.
They can not be trusted at all,we bought travel insurance,flexible tickets and now they just more than doubled the penaty fees.They do not respond to any emails so i would suggest not to use them at all.They deserve zero stars but that is unfortunately not an option

They were supposed to refund my account for hundreds of dollars of lost flights. But not only they never did this, but it also is almost impossible to find the contact information for their customer service, and although I somehow managed to find it, they never reply to any of my emails and never answer any of my calls.
Do yourself a big favor and never buy anything from them!
So i booked a week vacation from Vietnam to Japan. A few days before I was suppose to travel i went online to check if I can check in yet. While doing so i noticed that the departure date was different? Was pushed back one day. I tried to contact them right away. But they only have an email no phone number. So i emailed them and no answer. I was lucky my in laws are close by to the airline company so we went to one of their office and they told us that they been trying to contact us but there was no email or number on file (not possible). They told us that they had to change our date due to flight cancel. I did manage to get a reply from Travel2be and they pretty much gave us a run around with no clear answer. I want my money back for the hotel that I had to spend extra.
I booked a direct flight with Travel2be and even received confirmation that it was in fact a direct flight from them. As I check in today, it says I have a stop over. I paid $2,300 for a DIRECT flight, and I have the documents to prove it. I have emailed customer service and I keep receiving a link to a form that does not even work. Save your money and book directly with the airlines. If this is not resolved soon I will be disputing the charge with my CC company and taking legal action with a consumer protection agency. It is very frustrating that there is no any customer support available. There is no any email address, phone number indicated on their website where people can address their query. The link where I can check my reservation is not working and I am left in doubt of whether my flight even exists or no.
More transparency and support is needed from this travel agency.
My flight was changed involuntarily by the airline 3 months ago... and I have accepted the new itinerary but has yet to get confirmation that this has been done.
Everytime I call the phone line the operator said that I just have to wait. But now that I need to book a seat for my flight on the airline website I can't! Because apparently I have not "accepted' the new itinerary.
I have emailed, called, and no one can assist me at all and just ask me to wait. My flight is in a month and hopefully I won't lose my flight... my booking number is *******. Please assist :(

I have been trying for the last 2 years to get a hold of someone to provide me with an update of a booking from 2020. I had booked for 2 family of 4 and 3 other couples... all individually to travel to Fiji in April 2020. However due to COVID - no travel was completed. When speaking with the airlines directly, we were told to refer back to the booking agent... Travel2Be... however after numerous attempts, calls and emails - we have still had no response with what has happened to those tickets.
We travelled to FIJI in April 2022 but had to pay for new fares and this time we booked directly with the airline to avoid this unnecessary Drama.
I have all the booking references and confirmation emails received at the time.

My refund of a cancelled ticket refunded ans so confirmed by the Airline is held up for more than a year.Now they even refuses access to customer service on the allegation that the mail from which booking was made is not on their record.
RIDICULOUS and FRAUDULENT
Everything went smooth until the airline cancelled my flights couple of weeks ago. I have sent emails but there's no clear instruction as what i should do and until when should i wait for me to receive my refund. I badly need my refund as soon as possible. First when I ordered my tickets they showed a total which was much lower than ordering direct from the airline. After 2 weeks they sent me the tickets only $500 more than the original price. I emailed them about it and only after I involved kayak they responded with excuses that do not explain the overcharge. I disputed the difference and due to the dispute mid vacation 24 hours before my flight back home they cancelled my reservation!
They are expert scammers and they have different names to their company in order to scam more people.
Highly advise to stay far away from travel2be, travelgenio, or any of the other names they go by.

When I booked the flight the ticket price was around $100, then they charged $200 my debit card - they didn't send any invoice, and I have tried to contact them so many times for clarification and they haven't given any explanation about it. I will need to file a complaint against this company, because customer service does not exist, and I'm tired of trying to get in contact with them. Terrible experience. So frustrating!

Pray nothing goes wrong with a flight booked through travel2be. Spent a small fortune trying to get hold of their customer support. Cancelled the payment through my credit card after no joy for months. They finally reached out after not receiving payment and the bank gave the money back. They then said they had to confirm this with their bank even though I sent them proof. This again took months and eventually the tickets expired and I lost over 2,000 quid. Not even an apology from the thieves

When you purchase the ticket, your money is gone. They do not send you anything.
If you try calling, the operator will tell you that the wait time is 30 minutes. If you are patient and wait that long, they will automatically disconnect the line. If you try to email them, they won't answer, of course.
Also, it is very important to note, they don't put their contact details on the website, you will have to search online for it.
If they actually reach out at some point, i will update this review.
Update: i called early and got my ticket in around 15 minutes.

This is one of the worst travel agency, never ever going to book with then neither recommend it to others.
They changed the booking date in purpose and also they changed the total ticket price without my approval.
Not only this, even the electronic ticket never provided.

You cannot contact them, changes your flights every few months and you get an error msg each and everytime you attempt to cancel.
Complete rip-off they stole my money. I was robbed telling everybody I can never to use them. Listen world stay away.

This has been a huge shock, I do not know how this company is allowed to carry on trading as it does.
Virgin Atlantic changed the schedule of the return flight, which is fine - however with covid and other connecting flights the ticket has become useless. We have spent the last 2 days constantly calling to have the flight changed through travel2be, not cancel, nor request a refund. The phone number they provide seldom goes though to a representative, and when a rep does answer they will put us on hold to check their "system" to which it will then hang-up. The reps are polite, however it does feel like the business itself has set itself up to worm its way out of taking any responsibility of their service once the ticket has been purchased.
Again, fully shocked to how bad the customer service is and have never dealt with anything like it.

I brought my international flight for my holiday only to realise when I got my eticket I have no baggage allowance. Feels like a scam as nothing was said in main print. They were about the same price of other tickets to, gota say only use reputable sellers :(

Worst agency ever! Trying to change the date of my ticket for forever now, I tried to contact them by phone and e-mail, 3 times they hung up on me after being on the phone for over 1 hour, I ended up buying a whole new ticket and I want it credited now, or change it for a next travel,... so I just tried e-mailing again, and still waiting on a e-mail for about more than two weeks now,... been reading the comments that Satisfying there customers is there main goal.
